great, except for width around the ankle
These shoes are great in so many ways, but unfortunately an 'achilles ankle' for me was the width around the ankle. Even pulled at their tightest, for my ankles it allowed way too much play, which made my heel slide around like a slipper. I don't think of my ankles as being abnormally narrow or anything, and haven't had this issue before with a pair of shoes. But if they fit your ankle go for it.
A solid shoe
I basically got these shoes because I needed something that can repel water when walking my dog through wet grass and weeds in parks and trails. They’re comfortable and keep my feet dry and are true to my size. Plus I’m a long time Teva buyer because their shoes seem to last me some years.
Good shoes
Good shoes, nothing too crazy. I use them for work and tie them loose so I can slip on and off. Only thing I don't like is the white stripes on the sole, that start to look dirty immediately. Tan or darker would be better for the illusion of cleanliness, if you know what I mean.
Pleasant Surprise
I’ve worn Teva Sandals for years. Never knew they had shoes. Super comfortable walk abouts. Very cushiony sole. I have a wider foot and the size I got fits great (where most would be too narrow.). Ordered the same size I wear in the sandals. Really like them!

Have been wearing this purchase for a few months. Wonderfully comfortable and look stylish. Going to buy another pair in case they discontinue.
