Smooth, clean and polished look

Once again, Arc'teryx has come out with an excellent piece. This shirt is great for everyday wear in cool conditions. The material is thin and warm but I definitely wouldn't think of it as a "fleece" like the RHO AR. The RHOs are smooth and not as fluffy as a traditional fleece would be. This version is a next to skin kind of fit so size up if you want to avoid that "Look how strong I am underneath" look. The length is perfect for wearing it tucked or untucked well past the belt line...just keep in mind the next to skin fit might make a belt look kinda funny. Overall, you will love this shirt...but remember, with Arc'teryx, you always get what you pay for.

Fantastic base layer that moves with your body.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I love my RHO LT Zip Neck and consider it an essential base in my layering system. Warm, soft and stretchy material is very comfy, and wicks away moisture. Cut to move with your body, you won't even notice you have it on. I'm 6'1 and a bit, around 200 lbs and the Large is a perfect fit.

My 2nd Fav Arcteryx after Hoody Version

The Rho LT zip neck series is my favorite Arcteryx product line. For the zip neck hoody version I have bought buy every color it have ever come out in each year. Sadly it looks like you are not offering the hoody version anymore - PLEASE PLEASE bring back the HOODY Rho LT zip neck. While I do have a few of the non-hooded zip neck version my preference is for the hooded version. I haven't bought recent zip neck versions because I really do prefer the hood and I keep hoping they will come back but now there isn't even a placeholder on your website for them. Without the hoody version Arcteryx loyalty is waning.

A fantastic warm base layer

I own two of these! A fantastic base layer for cold environments. When hiking fast with a pack I have worn just this in temperatures as low as minus eight degrees Celsius with no problems (Please note I run warm). It can also be worn as a fleece with a thermal top underneath giving it great versatility no matter the environment and looks great around town. A great base layer/fleece for doing anything from winter walking to crossing a glacier.

Superior comfort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased an Rho LT Zip Neck about a month ago. As autumn settles in and the temps drop, I find myself disappointed when it's a warmer day, because I can't wear my new favorite base layer. The interior is so soft, it's luxurious. I've been a merino wearer for years and years, and this rivals the softest. The zipper seems to have no problem staying put wherever I set it. I have a significant beard which often gets in the way of 1/4 zip styles, but there's no problem setting the zip to the top. I've worn this shirt for 3 days straight, with only minor stink, which really surprised me, usually synthetics soak up smells. Highly recommended. I'm 6'0" and about 210, and the fit is excellent.

Bring Back the Merino Wool version

I have the lastest version and its ok but please bring back the merino wool version. I have two pairs of the older version and I absolutely love them for the warmth, comfort, functionality, and style. The new version while nice isn't the same.

Rho LT Zip Neck Men's

I bought it for my tours in the Pyrinees. It arrived to my house in a small city in north Spain from Germany in less than 1 day, incredible. When you wear it the first time you notice it is done with passion and paying attention every detail. I climbed a couloir in the North Face of Telera and it was enough with this Arcteryx Rho and a midlayer jacket, at around 0°C. Also in a big wind storm was more than enough to keep me warm, together with an Arcteryx Arenite and Arctery Alpha SV. I tested it also running, with a little bit of rain and it was warm but I did not sweat much. Even if it was raining the whole time, in the end it ended quite dry. The Zip is very well done. If you open it, the difference in refrigeration is noticeable, good for warm weather.

Zipper Fails - Not for Cold Weather

I must own over 50 pieces of Arc'teryx clothing and am devoted to the brand because of their fabrics and fit. I purchased several sets of this item for skiing and have have been frustrated by the quarter zipper. It does not remain closed. With movement, the zipper begins to unzip exposing your neck. Even with a neck gaiter and a mid-layer, the zipper unzips after a few minutes to the point where it provides a cold spot under your neck. I am really surprised that Arc'teryx has not figured out the zippers on these base layers.

Soft and stylish

Received free product

The first time I put this on I could feel the comfort and warmth of this base layer. The zipper was also convenient to keep my keys on runs for more hands-free fun. Feels the fit tapers well to the shoulders as well. I also wear this in general on chilly mornings.
