These carabiners are unique and expensive
Great design. High quality. Unique design that doesn’t currently have any competition. Much more expensive than other larger climbing carabiners and other smaller accessory carabiners, but does a great job of filling it’s niche. The screw gate is high quality, but it doesn’t glide as well as the screw gates on most climbing carabiners. A good option for any application that doesn’t see loads in excess of 4 kN. There are loads of applications, where a 4 kN load rating is more than sufficient and a >= 20 kN load rating is overkill. Great for tag lines, hauling, bailing, friction hitch rappel backups, or just carrying accessory items.
Replace hokey biner that came with Garmin inreach.
Great locking carabiner for attaching my Garmin inreach mini. Actually has a fall rating but I don’t know if I would actually load this for life saving. Other than that great quality and actually works. Not a some hokey toy. It’s legit. Everyone needs one of these.
