I ordered the True Black Ubuda (cream with pink flowers) color in a size M. I am 5'3" and about 130lbs. Since the jacket is a regular fit there was plenty of space for more than one base layer. I think I may have needed a small, however that would depend on how fitted you may want your jacket. I tried to ski with it in CO at the end of January and on a day when the high was in the 20's I was really cold. The sleeves on the liner are also difficult to deal with since it isn't cuffed and it attaches internally about mid forearm. When you try to pull the jacket off, the liner wants to come out. I really appreciated the inner hood being snapped into the outer hood, and I loved the print/color of the jacket. In the end, I decided to return it. If the intended use is for mild weather, I would recommend it. I don't believe it is ideal for skiing.
This coat is super warm. That's probably the only good thing I can say about it. The liner wants to come out and gets bunched/ is a hassle when taking the coats on/ off. Not enough pockets. Hood does not cover a helmet but also cannot be removed making the coat super cold and icy when it is snowing. Returning this product, would not purchase again.
