[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that these shorts are longer-- the area behind my knees get too hot so wearing shorts and pairing them with just below the knee socks allows me to engage in outdoor pursuits in colder temps. There was slight pilling-- maybe due to rubbing against on outer layer-- and the elastic waistband morphs. Wish/hope this will come in a heavier weight as I'm not sure how warm it will keep my thighs in colder temps (I've just been wearing it during the end of spring)
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I wear these shorts under my insulated stretch pants for a little extra warmth on cold days while cross-county skiing, snow-shoeing, shovelling snow, etc. They do not bind and are very comfortable. At first I thought they were too thin, but have since discovered that when I am moving (including high speeds down hills), they provide the right amount of warmth.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best workout shorts ever, I'm never going back to synthetics. These shorts rarely feel damp and stay pretty dry which is testament to the moisture-wicking ability of wool. They are comfortable, snug but don't ride up, offer enough coverage, and never smell of sweat even after multiple uses without washing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these for three purposes: wear under the granary dresses for extra warmth and comfort, to make the short dress like a skort dress, and to lounge around. Works great for all. Bought a L. 5'4" approx 150#, over 60. Only thing I would change is to make the high waisted like the leggings.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shorts are so versatile and incredibly comfortable! I've been wearing them continuously since I bought them both under dresses and around the house as loungewear. The legs don't roll up, the waistband doesn't roll down, and they are the perfect length to prevent chafing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had high hopes for this product but unfortunately will be returning. The wool is see through, so it only really works if you wear it underneath other clothing. Material is slightly itchy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these shorts. They are a perfect weight. As far as fit, I would recommend to size down. I normally wear a large but returned the large for a medium. It is perfect.
I bought my first pair at a retailer and then several more online. They are great on cold days in the city as well as for hiking and snowshoeing under softshell pants.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Base layer for Cross country skiing- perfect. Non- scratchy and provides the desired amount of warmth where needed! I love this product and will buy again when needed.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these shorts! I sleep in them so my legs don't stick together. I got size M before pregnancy and size L at 22 wks. Might need a XL near the end of pregnancy...
