Women cap worn by a man.
So after purchased the hat I realized it was designed for a woman. To my surprise it had a ponytail cutout and a cutout to slide my riding glasses ear handles through. I decided to keep the cap because l like the looks and the cut out for the glasses. I tested the cap on a 11 mile mountain bike ride in 55 degree weather. The cap kept my head warm and wicked away sweat. The cap has a cool style also. This is a great lightweight cap to use under a mountain bike helmet.

Keeps your head and ears warm for being as thin as it is. It does stretch out a little, but I do feel that its tight fitting although I have a lot of thick hair and a bigger head. There is a small hole to feed something through it (maybe earbuds?) I'm not honestly sure what it's for though.

As an eyeglass wearer - this beanie is THE BEST! No more gaps at the temples! Step 1: position the beanie on your head. Step 2: put on your eyeglasses/sunglasses, feeding the temples through the inlets on the sides. Perfect fit.
Well-made but ponytail hole is tiny!
I wanted to love this beanie but the ponytail hole is way too small for my thick wavy hair. I was also disappointed that it did not cover my ears well; wearing it under my bike helmet was comfortable but a lot of wind got to my ears. Had to return unfortunately =(

Let that ponytail fly while staying warm
I cycle both road and mountain, in OC and in Big Bear. I love this hat and especially the pony tail opening in it. It’s light enough to fit comfortably under my helmet and is warm enough to cover a wide temperature range. I highly recommend.
wanted to love
Love the idea of this beanie but unfortunately the hole was far too small to fit my ponytail (I have thick, medium length hair). Quality seemed solid but I had to return it.

Too small for a ponytail
This was obviously made by a man. The hole for your ponytail is too small unless you have extremely thin hair. I couldn’t even fit half my hair through the hole. Good idea in theory, really poor execution
