Awful in every way.
Everything about this lever is as difficult as possible. The install requires at least 3 hands at once to tighten the cable in the lever and it still loses tension within the first 5 pulls. The 2mm cable nut is right under the bars so most hex tools can't get in. The thumb pad is angled way out already so when you push it most of your hand needs to come off the bars. Modulating is very difficult. Go for a different lever.

I have no idea what these other reviews are talking about. Glad I didn’t go by them tho. $40 gets you the lever, cable and housing. Absolute breeze to install and works perfectly. I own some overpriced wolftooth levers which are nice, but not really any better at dropping a seat post than this
Great Dropped Post Lever & Kit
The kit comes with everything you need and this is my first time installing a dropper post and lever. The lever was easy to setup and only needs two hands unless you’re the type who rides a step through.
Bad lever
It does not have good leverage. The cable routing is bad. Spend the extra $20 to $30 and get a good lever. This thing really makes your thumb sore.
Ok lever if on sale.
Ok lever. I got it on sale for 30 bucks. If it were full price I'd be disappointed. The lever is hard to operate and feels flimsy.
