Fit is comfortable. Material feels amazing.
Can wear them anywhere. They don't look like gym or swim shorts but feel like you can. Fit perfectly.
Not 7”
These fit more like an 11” inseam. The inseam actually measures over 8” but the rise is so long that they actually go much longer than the expected 7” inseam. Material seems like a stretchy, semi-durable swim fabric like you’d see on many boardshorts but I was hoping it would be a little softer. Could be good for some people but were too far from my expectations for me.

Decent shorts, like other styles better
Nice enough shorts but for the price I'd go for the everywear shorts or the sport shorts. These are a pretty basic black/grayish short, thin material. Stretch is good. Just don't like them any better than other styles at a similar price point. 7" length is on these is probably more flattering for taller guys. I returned.
Solid across the board
These shorts are perfect. They’re thick enough that they feel substantial and tough so they won’t tear or snag like a pair of thin running shorts, but they are light and stretchy for all sorts of workouts. The way they repel water and sweat is awesome. Awesome material and design.
Great Shorts!
Love these shorts for casual wear or working out - super comfortable and the grey color goes with everything. Have not tried them as swimwear yet, but they fit so well I am tempted to give it a shot. Liked them so much my wife bought me another pair in the heathered navy color.

I’m having a hard time taking them off just to launder them!!! They are my go to shorts above all others. The fit, the comfort, the workmanship all carry the true Chubbies landmark! Don’t hesitate to get a pair, or several pair as I have, you won’t be sorry!!!!!!!
Best All Around Shorts
Some of the best “everyday” shorts I’ve owned. Stylish, comfortable and great for most occasions where shorts are allowed. Even had someone ask me about them while hanging at a coffee shop. Never had anyone ask what brand of shorts I’m wearing except for these.
Great for everything
These shorts are the perfect pair for working out, lounging in the house or taking out on the golf course. They have a nice look that makes it easy to dress them up if you wanted or you can throw on a tank top and hit the pool.
