[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Woww, I really like this Standard Flex Straw Cap, in colour black. It's super easy to pair with my hydro flask bottle, perfectly fits the size. It's leak proof cap, so I have no worry to spill the water. This cap has a great quality, very sturdy and well made. It's included with 2 straws, so I have a straw back up when the other one gets old. I really like that this cap has a strap on it, make it easy to hold the bottle everywhere I go. This cap is dishwasher safe and BPA free, so my whole family member can use it safely. I highly recommend this product.
Easy to Use, Doesn't Leak
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only complaint about this lid is that it is hard to tell which way the spout opens at a quick glance. So, if you only have one hand free and you're trying to open the spout with your thumb, half of the time you'll grab it in the wrong orientation and be trying to flip it open the wrong direction. I wish there was some sort of marking or texture on the lid so I could easily tell which way it flips open in poor light, or without looking at it at all. Beyond that, this work great. It doesn't spill, is easy to use and you get plenty of flow (it doesn't feel like you're drinking water through a coffee stirrer). If you do tip it open with the spout open, the leaking is minimal. Beyond that, obviously it is a perfect fit for HydroFlasks and looks darn good too. If I could figure out which way the spout opened by touch alone, this would be an easy 5 stars.
I’m keeping my bottle for another 3+ years!
This revitalized my old 24oz bottle, was debating getting a new one with a wide mouth and straw lid because I didn’t like drinking from the standard mouth. Saw that there was actually a straw for the standard size and immediately bought one. I have NOT been disappointed, it’s easy to clean forms a great deal and doesn’t leak and actually keeps ice in my bottle longer than before! The only gripe I have is that the mouth piece can get a little grody if you’re someone like me who always has chapstick on. easy enough to wipe off intermittently though. Love this!
doesn't actually fit my standard mouth 24oz flask
I bought this a month ago having realized I'd alwasy wanted a straw for my standard sized hydroflask, but when I opened it in January it doesn't fit. I have multiple wide mouth hydroflasks, some with the older original tops and also with newer ones (they all seem to be interchangeable) but this one doesn't fit in my original 24oz hydroflask. The cap is definitely smaller than wide mouth, but is too big by 1/8 of an inch or so to actually fit so now I don't have anything to use it with. I looked at the website and can't find any mentions of why this wouldn't work given the two primary wide/standard sizes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes I get tired of opening and closing the lid on the flask. I. The car I drop them sometimes. This makes it simple. Lid stays on and easy access. The straws are think and solid. Not worried about them breaking. The opening on the cap is not to big or small. Perfect for gulping some water. Easy to trim the straw for the right height of the bottle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It fits my 21 Oz hydro flask perfectly! It does not leak, the handle is a nice soft rubber that feels good to hold and fits great!!! Now I can switch back and forth between the standard cap or this straw cap! Highly recommended!!
Best water flask/bottle on the planet
There are few products that come around where you know that product is at a whole different level, whether it’s the engineering like a Kuat bike rack or technology in an Apple Watch. Hydro Flask is in the category. They have a bottle for every situation and tops for how you like to drink. Between my wife and I, we have at least 10, one size and style for morning coffee while driving, one size for walking, one size for work like the 32 oz. They have made cleaning so easy also. They are far and away the best on the market in this space and we know cause we have 5 different brands of water bottles in a box in the garage collecting dust.
Pretty Great!
So glad to finally have a straw option for the standard mouth bottle! Fun to drink from and leak proof! I would give 5 stars but I have two major issues with the lid. One, the directions for the length to cut the straw made it too short, thankfully it came with two straws so I was able to adjust the length to be longer on the second one. The other issue is if you fill the bottle slightly too full it will squirt out the lid when you flip up the straw. Otherwise it’s great!
Love the Handle but Not the Straw
I had the sip style lid but it started to leak, and the bigger issue was the small, hard plastic handle. I'm a woman with small hands, and still my hands go numb carrying around a full container of water for me and my dog, so I decided to try this style. I really love softer handle on this design, and this really needs to be incorporated into the sip style design. I really disliked drinking out of the plastic straw, and it warms up the temperature of the water when drinking from it. Plus it's just an extra item to clean everyday and keep track of. So unfortunately I'm back using my leaky sip style until I buy a replacement for that. I love Hydroflask otherwise.
Works well
I bought a new bottle that has this lid. It is definitely easier to clean than the previous pull up sipper lid. We don't use the actual straw piece. Just one more piece of unnecessary plastic. The sipper works fine without the straw. What I do notice is that the liquids don't stay cold as long (took a star off for that). I find ice melts much quicker with this lid. Don't care for the red color, but not a deal breaker. Easy to carry. Does spray fluids out the tiny air hole when opening the sipper if filled all the way so watch that. Otherwise an improvement for cleaning, but still needs some work to be great.
