Great for Bad Weather
I do think this is overpriced. If you are a fair weather hiker then this is probably not worth buying. You would be better off just using a sheet of plycro or Tyvek. But if you want the ability to fast pitch in the rain, then because the Tigerwall is a double wall tent, this is crucial piece of gear to have. I will also say, the nice thing about this footprint is it does pack smaller than either of those solutions. One thing to note, based on some of the reviews I read below, when you are breaking down your tent, you should never pack up your footprint or fly, when it is still wet. Both of these items either need to be dryed in the morning sun or strapped to the outside of your pack until they are dry before you fold them up and put them in the stuff sack. And yes, the footprint will always be wet and dirty in the morning because let's face it, the footprint has the dirty job but necessary job. So to sum it up, get this if you plan to hike in the rain or if you just want the luxury of nicer footprint that is easier to use, pack and looks nicer than a plastic sheet.

High end tarp
It works great and is pretty lite weight. That being said it's $70 and essentially a tarp. It should probably be included with the $400+ tent.

Big Agnes is perfection

Cannot say enough good things about Big Agnes!! Fits flawlessly with my tent and clips to the rain fly. Super light too. P.S. I've had amazing customer service experiences with them as well, they repair or facilitate repairs on their products. I was recommended their products a few years back from an REI employee, best decision ever to buy their products

Lightweight but very inconvenient

I was very disappointed with this product. I bought it to go with the corresponding Big Agnes tent I have. The footprint is very lightweight and compact, as expected, but the material is terrible. It is very sticky, and sticks together when folded. This makes it very time consuming and annoying to unfold it. Every little bit of debris stays stuck to it as well. And if it is wet/damp from dew, things are even worse. I had to return this, was too pricy for that much inconvenience.

Awesome

The tent is very light, very easy to pitch, even in the dark and os very good in windy conditions. This is by far the best tent ive owned.

Works well

Works well underneath the Tiger Wall UL2 tent. I recommend purchasing especially if you will use the tent on rocky or spikey type vegeation.
