poor customer service, fits snug/awkward

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im pretty sure TNF sent me a used jacket. Normally I wouldn't mind, however it was missing at the zipper pull and had red markings on inside of jacket. I reached out to customer service as I have never had this issue on anything else I have ordered from TNF and have been ignored. Very frustrating given cost of jacket, have to say this is the first time I have had to reach out to TNF and am quite disheartened at their lack of customer service and response. The jacket also runs small and fits a little awkward, however, im in need of a good running jacket that will hold up and the material seems good.

Finally something that works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a hard time finding a lightweight jacket that is breathable yet wind/water proof. I reached out to Dylan Bowman who (without hesitation) recommended this jacket. While I haven't yet had the opportunity to wear it in a downpour, it has quickly become my default when running in cold & windy conditions. The only issue I have is that the zipper catches when trying to fully zip, and I wish it had pockets. Otherwise, it is an amazing product for the trails!

Great choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hike five or more miles daily in the forest in all weather. The jacket is a great breathable wind and rain jacket. For cold conditions I just wear more layers underneath. All my previous rain gear didn't work as well due to the prevention of moisture release, which caused me to be wet from the inside. The Future Light jacket is the best in releasing my body moisture when I'm hiking hard.

Great packable jacket for running!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this not realizing it was specifically for runners. no pockets . although it is extremely light and comfortable , I had to return it as I was looking for something a little different. that being said if you're a runner looking for a lightweight packable jacket to wear or bring on runs just in case this is the Perfect Jacket for you!

I would buy this product again but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only gripe with this jacket is the lack of side pockets. I know that you don't want to put things in side pockets when you are running but you do when you are not running. I'd like this to be the only wind breaker jacket I have to take with me when I travel but the lack of pockets make it frustrating to wear when not running.

Poor ventilation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have run in this jacket during several light to moderate rains with temps in the 40-60 range. It repels rain very well. It simply does not breathe and I'm soaked from sweat. Sweat pools in the sleeves. At the price and being NF, I expected the claim of breathability to be moderately accurate but for me, it's not.

Best rain shell for running, for real

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best lightweight rain shell I've ever used. The fabric really light, breathable, waterproof, and feels solid (I'm not going to rub it on granite, but it does feel durable). Unlike other rain coats, this one has a nice, low collar that doesn't cut into your neck as much when you're wearing it sans hood.

Great Running Jacket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for northwest fall/winter running. The green color really helps with the perpetual darkness that is the northwest winter. Does a great job of keeping you dry but not too warm. The hood doesn't get in the way of your run either.

High-end light jacket

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the product to double layer with a vest when I felt cold at indoor activities. I jogged with it for physical exercise to not feel cold wind temperature; the jacket worked well against rain.

Yes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very similar to the first style of this jacket, perhaps a slimmer cut, but still a great jacket in a great color. I e been looking for a brighter color to run in at night.
