Neck warmer
Yes , I recommend this product
Very warm for the neck, for long walks or run with a jacket with no hood, this us perfect. The image shows as a face covering as well. It does not stay up, and when it does its harder to breath sonce this is fleece. Otherwise perfect as neck warmer.
