Never received order after 2 months!
I ordered the CTR Tempest Ear Wrap online on January 17, 2025 and it is now March 14, 2025 and I have yet to receive it. Each time I try to track the order, the tracking date is extended for additional days. Is it lost in some package bin???!! I feel that I have been more than patient and would appreciate a response from REI!
Kept my ears warm on 20-30 degree bike ride!
Fits great, warm but just makes my bike helmet more snug of course. I get that. I don’t want to have to readjust my helmet a lot so it’s not a big deal. Rode my bike when it was in the high 20s and my ears stayed warm. Fits great around my head and keeps my ears super warm. Serving its purpose.
Way to small for me ...
The product description says "unisex" and "one size" which implies "one size fits all" ... and it clearly does not! A better, more accurate description would be "one size fits SMALL". I will pass this on to one of my grandchildren and avoid this brand in the future.
