These are great shorts
I am 5' 11", 180 lbs, and purchased a large. The size is perfect. Comfort is excellent. These shorts have a high waist, thus making a good argument against bib shorts. And unlike bib shorts, using a restroom is a lot less complicated. I like the side pockets too.

Size small is waaay too long.
Just got these and haven't ridden them yet. Seem fine except for one big thing. Apparently, these shorts are all the same inseam length no matter the size. Lazy? Oversight? Anyway, they'll probably need to be re-hemmed since the hem comes right down to my kneecap/back of the knee and will chafe like crazy (just squatting in them binds the fabric behind my knee). I'm 5'6" with a 30" inseam. I may amend this review after trying them but that hem seems to be a no-go right out of the bag.

Comfortable and a good fit

These are very comfortable and the perfect length. I am 6'4" and I got the XL, they fit perfect but I can understand why some reviewers had and issue with the waistband. It is not as tight as it usually is. While it is not is tight it does seem to come up a little higher and I like that as I usually have issues finding jerseys that cover the rear. I have completed one hard ride on them and they performed perfect. I did think I was going to have to put them up, but I did not.

All around great short

Great fit with a good level of compression on the thighs. The pockets are awesome. Perfect size for an iPhone 12 Max or a couple of gel packs.

Great product but runs at least one size small.

Great design and quality but runs very small for typical size labels. Nice fabric, superior padding system.

The Proof is in the Padding

I purchased these shorts prior to a cycling trip to the Alps of Northern Italy, Switzerland an Austria. The padding proved to be a real seat savior. Spending three hours climbing, most of that time in the saddle, the payoff was in the padding. The cuffs on the legs kept the shorts in place, no riding up, unless you count the climbs. :)

my new go to cycling shorts

when I tried them on they were tight in the quads. I was ready to return them. I am 6'1", 200lbs. Once on the saddle they were the most comfortable shorts I have owned. Liked them so much that I bought a second pair. For my leg length, I liked the longer inseam length. Even used the pocket to hold my cell phone. Great buy

TERRIBLE FIT

Bought these to replace older worn out PI shorts. I,m 5'8" and 165 lbs. Have always worn large for comfort. These new ones are the worst fitting ever. Had to go up to XL because the large was to tight. Legs way to long, waist super loose. The extra height of the waist band was really weird. Sent back. What has happened to PI, all there stuff used to the gold standard, not anymore.
