Great Sock, wrong size
These socks are sized a little small. But that is ok for me , because I've always been between an XL and. Large for most sock brands. So the XL Icebreakers here fit me perfectly. Like they where made specifically for size 13 US / 47 EU. But the Lichen Lux Lucid color here are mis-packaged or something is seriously wrong. They are like a size small. In a XL package with XL sticker. The Loden Black Granite color socks are properly sized. They say XL , and they are XL. The lime green ones called Lichen Lux Lucid are packaged wrong. I've ordered them twice and both times I was sent size small in a package that said 'size XL'
Warm sock
Warm sock, good fit, which I like. Unfortunately, they won't last with my big toe shape. Went for a two-mile test walk on the street and the socks showed excessive wear at the end of my big toe nail position. Also discovered that the verbiage on the icebreaker site for the Lifetime guarantee appears to only be one year for defects. Short lifetime guarantee unless I was a mayfly. Doesn't matter to me. I'm just mentioning it for those that might try to take advantage of the guarantee.

The socks are very comfortable. They look and feel elegant and top quality. I have 7.5 size. However, the Small size feels larger. I recommend you to get smaller sizes.
Comfortable socks
The first time I put these socks on, I was impressed. They are very comfortable. Hiking a good distance, they were just as comfortable at the end as at the beginning. They fit well, with no bunching or loose threads. They provide padding but are not bulky. My new favorite pair.

Quality Office Socks
I wear these to work (i.e., office/dress socks) so they don't get much wear and tear. But I've had them for over a year and love them. Comfortable, excellent quality, good feel.

Good Socks. Bad plastic bags that they come in.
These socks are soft, comfortable and warm. The downside with this and other REI products are that each item comes in a plastic bag. Please consider getting rid of the plastic!!!
