EXCELLENT

Very High-Quality derailleur. Allows using a 42-tooth cassette. The chain guide wheels have side to side play. This may be fine, but I installed the sealed bearing pulleys from my old Shimano XT.

Good replacement unit

Replaced an older SRAM derailleur when I upgraded the 10 speed cassette from a 42 teeth big wheel to 46 teeth also replacing the chain and cable at the same time. I reused the 10 speed SRAM shifters. Things mostly seem to work but it took some trial and error to setup the stops to keep the chain from sucking. Shifts are still a little imperfect so I don't know if I'll be able to get it perfect but I'm impressed that it works as well for a fairly inexpensive derailleur. I haven't had the bike on rougher terrain to see how it reacts but it works well enough in the flats.
