Resolved issued caused by KMC X10 chain

Resolved issues that I was having with KMC X10 chain on a 10 speed Tiagra 4600 (not 4700) setup. especially when back pedalling. Also improved shifting with this chain. Was able to use the KMC quicklinks instead of the Shimano supplied one use rivet.
