I doubled my mileage.
I bought this with my 20% off coupon and I know these batteries work very good now with 2 of these I can ride all day and then some on full assist about 100 miles. With 20% off it was a steal of a deal. If I ride in tour I will be able to ride 150-200 miles. I ride a Haibike trekking 9.0 speed e-bike.
REI did replace my Bosch battery
Update on damaged shipment: REI replaced the battery without question. I think the crushed and torn open box was enough to convince them it probably shouldn't be used.
REI should NOT sell Bosch batteries!
Great battery, terrible shipping. Box arrived torn open and obviously sloppily retaped. Battery was put in the box and packing was underneath, NOT WRAPPED. Battery has the factory bag torn open and a ding in the battery. Is it a good battery after an obvious hard impact? Buy from another retailer or bike shop
I don’t recommend purchasing through REI. Shipment is late (still hasn’t arrived with no updates/time estimate) and not accurate to what was listed - I would guess because it’s a battery and technically a hazardous item. However it’s a common product so just purchase it elsewhere.
