Where do I start i love these skis!! Been using them for a few weeks now in all sorts of conditions. First off I love the weight of these skis, easy for a little bit of touring and for a full days blasting about the hill. They are incredibly responsive and in all conditions. So far most of the skiing I have done has been in the backcountry and they are perfect for it. If you want a ski that'll hold up well while you smash it down the hill but also a ski that is capable of some touring this is for you. If i was you i'd also get the skin that can come with this ski to complete the package.
Aside from a full on deep powder day, spending a day on this ski was the most fun I've ever had on mountain, and it hadn't snowed in over a week! On steep moguls, this ski was precise and confidence inspiring. It has an excellent balance of elasticity, resistance and weight. Putting a little effort and speed into your skiing style allows this ski to shine. Also, can we talk about the aesthetics?! A sleek black marble top sheet and volt yellow base matches the personality of this ski as well...clean and powerful!
I got these at the beginning of the 2019-2020 season and hit the best 54 days I could ask for on them. Pow, moguls, trees, ice, corn harvesting, cliffs, or just carving on steep groomers these skis took me anywhere and everywhere all season long. If you are a beginner go look for a different pair, you're not ready for these demons yet, but if you totally rip like me, like totally rip, the M-pros are what you need!
I demoed this quiver up at Mt Hutt, Canterbury New Zealand. It was drop dead amazing. It can rip Slalom turns, all the way to GS turns. The style and construction felt amazing, super responsive underfoot and left me wanting to ski it more. If you want an All-Mountain Ski that isn't to wide that can keep you going all day, powering through crud, piece and soft snow this is a great ski.
I bought this as my powder ski, It does a phenomenal job in the powder, though I have been very impressed on how well it skis on the hard pack too. This is not my daily rider, I like to jump on these skis if there is 6" or more on the ground. I love how the early rise in the tip and tail allows the ski to float so nicely in the powder, and how quick the ski is in its response.
The M-Pro 99 delivers in all snow conditions. This ski enjoys being powered by the skier, it loves speed. Underfoot the ski is super solid and transfers this energy through the ski. An excellent one quiver all mountain choice.
I love the look and feel of this new M-Pro line. Excellent in what they were designed to do, deep powder skiing. I've set them up with touring bindings and will be touring with them very soon, I'm looking forward to it.
Scalpel like precision in a lively and stable ski. Super responsive and great edge feel. Dynastar has really nailed progressive turnability in its new M-Series.
The titanial frame and the progressive rocker makes this ski performant in every conditions, hard snow, powder, even on piste.
wouldn’t recommend the ski for hard slopes. For PowPow though it’s like riding on clouds!
