Firm, comfortable and no fuss
I have three days of riding in these bindings. Very easy to use with lots of adjustment to dial in fit. Easy to strap in my rear boot while standing up. I went from rear entry bindings to the Burton Mission and love the fit and feel way better. Responsive and firm feeling on hard and icy runs.

Need a different disc for 3D hole pattern
Note that the Burton Mission Reflex bindings do not fit the 3D hole pattern out of the box. You will need to purchase the 3D Hinge Disc separately. REI does not appear to carry them. There is no mention of it on the product specifications. I was hoping to use them tomorrow on the mountain, I guess I’ll have to wait it out.

Nice bindings

I purchased these after alot of research as my first pair of snowboard bindings. Very happy with them, easy to mount on the board, and keep me secured to my board. straps stay tight while riding. No issues with them so far.

So far not the best. I hope that changes.

Very Stiff feel like bad dress shoes. I really hope this changes with time. They are paired w Burton ruler dual boas.
