Not sure who did the measurements for these, but they're designed for someone who hasn't hit puberty yet. They're baggy in the legs and super narrow on top. Had to return.
Yes, the top section around waist is narrow. Works for me, though, and I am not skinny at all (just your regular dad bod). It is stretchy, flexible, and perfect balance between weight and insulation.
Totally out of men's body proportions: baggy below the waist, extremely tight above the waist. I have normal complexion, but wasn't able even to zip the pants above the waist.Completely agree with another reviewer who also gave it 1 star.
