The Sizing Chart Is Useless
In the spirit of wanting to help other customers make a good buying decision, I didn't really want to give these a star rating, but I will just take the one star off for sizing. The quality of the gloves themselves seems as expected. I really came here to say that the sizing chart offered on the website for this product was useless in my case. It suggested a medium. I was skeptical, but who was I to question a sizing chart, I thought. Well, just my fingers alone don't even fit inside the bottom hem of a medium glove. It seems small for a medium, and now I'm even wondering if a large will be big enough. And no, no one has ever said that my hands are unusually large. I was hoping to avoid a trip to the store, but now I will be going anyway, to return these for a (considerably) larger size. Once I find a size that actually fits me, I may revise this review to include other details.

Sizes run VERY small
The sizing on these runs small, very small. I measured my hands and selected a size L, and when it arrived, was WAY too small. I had to mail them back to return them ... costs $5.99 in postage to me. I would suggest ordering two sizes larger than the size guide indicates.

Had them less than a week and the stitching was coming apart

Got them so I could use my phone and knew North Face was a good brand as I have a coat and many sweaters. Less than a week in and two big holes began to form.

Stitching quickly came apart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband was so excited about these gloves. They are made out of recycled materials (huge bonus points with us) and are the perfect thickness for being outside on cold days. He hadn't had them for more than a month when the stitching started to come undone on the cuffs from putting them on. It has now been a couple months and both gloves have huge holes on the cuffs. You would think that maybe the gloves are too small and that's why they tore, but that isn't the case. We are really sad that they have already lived their life with us.

Disappointing

I bought these gloves about a week ago. Today I noticed that the stitching in the fingers has started to separate. Yes they work great to access your phone but the quality was incredibly subpar. I have a pair of e-tip gloves I bought 10 years ago that I was replacing. I never had an issue with the old pair. The difference in quality is night and day.

Just buy it and try it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are really cool gloves, very stylish and they do keep my hands warm at the lowest of 20 degrees, anything lower than that then you might get some cold hands. I'm not necessarily mad at that since I can just keep my hands in my pockets. I only use my hands on the outside of winter if I need to skip my song while walking on the phone or quickly type something on my phone. Overall the functionality of it being touchscreen gloves impresses me and it's really sensitive. When texting I do have to slow down when typing since the width of the thickness of the fingertips may hit other buttons. I'm pleased with the purchase and for what I'll be using it for. These gloves are for your casual traveler if you're going to and fro from work or not going very far in the cold while holding something. Other than that you may need to look somewhere else.

Short love affair

I purchased a pair of these on 1/23/22, on 1/28/22 I discovered a small tare in the ring finger stitching. I didn’t do any activity in them that would put any extra strain on the material But for the time before the tare, they felt great, and worked great with my phone (which has a protector). I was impressed with that part. The gloves warmth is in line with what I expected based on the thinner material. With the exception of these gloves, all north face gear I have bought for my family and I have held up.

durability problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the design, fit and ETIP, but it has durability problem. I only wear them in the morning while walking everyday, and not doing any heavy work, but left hand got ripped for use of less than a month

Wonderful look and feel, but poorly made!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried 4 of these over the past few years, and as comfortable as they are, the seams at the fingers separate, creating holes, only after normal wear, no tear.

Holes in the seams

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gave them to my husband for Christmas, he noticed two holes in the seams on the first wear.
