These work, but sizing seems inaccurate
These Large size arm warmers fit me fine, a trim, 5ft 8in, 160 pounds. I had to exchange the Mediums I bought for these. The sizing is off, since I do not think of myself as a Large in anything, except maybe a helmet.

Size runs small.
I have multiple pairs of this product. In ordering the same "style" number, I find that the calendar year 2021 version fits more accurately than the 2022 year version of this same product. The 2022 version is a size smaller. Thus instead of ordering a size "medium" this 2022 year, I ordered a size "large" based upon other reviews that stated that the current year product (2022) runs small. As such, the new arm warmers in size "large" fit and appear to be of the same size as my 2021 year version in size "medium".

provides great versatility for running

These fit the exact purpose I bought them for. I wore them for the start of a 7 mile run yesterday - started out with a tank top in 45 degree weather. It warmed up (and I warmed up) to about 55 degrees while I was out. I took the sleeves off about 30 min into the run and shoved them into my belt bag. There wasn’t any chafing, they’re comfy and warm. I think I’ll be using these quite a bit. They’re worn all the way up- fitting at the start of the bicep at the smallest part of the arm. They’re actually flattering. I had no movement - I bought small/medium and they’re comfortably tight. I’m 5’ 7” female, 150 lb.

Don't size up!

As several reviews here mentioned these run snug and you should size up, I took that advice and got a size Large. Unfortunately, they are too big on my biceps and slip down, so I will be returning them and trying the Medium. I noticed on the tag that it says manufactured 2020, so this might have been older stock – another reviewer mentioned that 2022-manufactured ones are tighter. Overall they seem snug on the forearms and very toasty, I can't wait to try them on a ride!

Great for changing temps

These are perfect for rides where it’s chilly at the start and then warms up. 41 degrees at the start this morning and with a short sleeve jersey these were enough to be comfortable. Took them off mid ride when it got to about 60 and they fold up to take up minimal space in a jersey pocket leaving me comfortable for the warmer second half of the ride. Should have gotten a pair of these years ago.

Runs Small, To Say the Least

Good arm warmers, however, the sizing chart bears no resemblance to reality. I got the medium, following the advice of the reviews here. The measurements of the product, as compared with the chart are: actual length - 18.25 in. chart length - 25.5 in., actual bicep - 10.5 in. chart bicep -13 in., actual wrist - 7 in. chart wrist - 7.25.

a true gem if you need the warmth

These arm warmers make it so I can wear a baselayer and shirt + jersey in 40-50 degree temp and very windy. Its nice and tight so make sure you get the right size because it might fall down your arm if you get too big. I wear underarmor compression t-shirt so this goes nicely under the short sleeves. You also don't feel sweaty at all which is nice. Overall very happy with purchase considering I live in a really windy/cold area.

Definitely runs small

Try these on in store if possible. These definitely run small. My arms are not BIG and the large was too small. 5’-9”, 180lbs.

Material is soft and stitching is sturdy. Great quality which I have come to expect from all the Pearl Izumi apparel I own.
