Comfy duds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These slippers are of impeccable quality! The insoles are quite comfy. The cloth design is just ok, but your feet will be warm and comfy for certain. The outer sole allows them to be worn outside if necessary, but I recommend wearing them in the house to preserve them. They seem to run true to size.

Second pair!

The slippers are exactly what i needed. Because I live in the NW I needed something that would keep my feet warm & dry. I wear size 9 shoes in Keens, La Sportivas & Jambus (these are not competitors, they make my hiking & office shoes). I bought the size 8-9 slippers & they fit perfectly. I like them because… 1. They are true to size. 2. I can wear the SOLE inserts that i normally wear in my shoes. I have an extra pair for my slippers for my plantar fasciitis. 3. They are skid resistant. 4. Comfortable. 5. I can throw them in the wash (in delicate setting just so my machine doesn’t beat them up). I disagree with some of the negative reviews ive read: 1. This are slippers not shoes why would anyone expect this to function like shoes (ie: have arch support). 2. I have worn them without socks & haven’t experienced the exaggerated issues that some have brought up. The interior is soft, the small Acorn logo that is stitched inside the heel can be felt but its a non-issue & since i use my SOLES with them i don't notice it at all. 3. I found them to be true to size, but if you have sizing issues, then maybe go up a size. Overall, slippers are durable & I’m completely happy with them.

Most comfort you will ever find!

If your looking for comfort-strength-a slipper that's more like a shoe to use indoor and out as you pick up the paper-or take out the trash cans-this is the all around best slipper I have ever owned. Now if I could only keep the dog from finding them--Rebel loves to play with them too. He's a Australian Shepard that hunts for the hiding place of dads slippers-and it takes him more time to tear up these Acorn slippers than any of his other doggie toys! Hey , there you go another new product line to add to the bottom line--don't forget to send Rebel his first! Thanks for making a Great product!

Great. Features !!

My mother loves these shoes. Wears them 90% of of her waking time. Only puts on other shoes when she goes out of home on Sunday for a meal. Other slippers make her trip ( might be in her mind, since she wears these all the time that she is used to these. My one son bought her a different pair " & I almost tripped".

Quality is way down

I had my last pair of Acorns for years - they were cozy, held up beautifully, and were easy to toss in the wash. After less than two weeks, the stitching is coming undone on my new pair. It also felt less cushy/supportive than my last pair did. I’m very disappointed. I like to spend money on things that will last. It seemed like Acorn was a good steward of resources and made quality products to last - now they’re churning out cheap slippers in hopes we’ll buy more frequently, I guess. Frustrating. I assume they were bought out or something? Off to find a new brand I can be loyal to.

Love these slippers, they run a bit large

I had a pair of Acorns a few years back and wore them out. They were so comfortable. I've searched in vain for as comfortable a pair and finally decided to splurge on myself and got these at a great price. I love these slippers! So soft, so cushiony, just the right amount of warmth. I wish I had bought a 2nd pair to wear in the office :) They do tend to run a little large. I wear a 7 1/2 shoe and ordered the medium and they are just a tad big but still very comfortable. I would definitely recommend these slippers, well worth the little extra money compared to what you will find in a department store. The quality of Acorn slippers is fabulous!

Comfortable, but didn’t wear well

I bought these slippers two years ago, and wore them each of those years for 4-5 months in the winter. Never put them in the washing machine. Very warm and comfortable, but they did not hold up well (see attached photos).

Falling apart after only one month

I bought this product Jan. 8, 2021 (arrived Jan. 14, 2021) and on both slippers, the stitching is coming apart where the leather meets the fur. I have only worn these in my house. It's truly disappointing.

Slippers great, company annoying

The slippers are great! The one star is for the harassing follow up emails. I have been asked MULTIPLE times for a review. When I tried to unsubscribe, it took me to this third party link with a blank page, apps.bazaarvoice.com where I was unable to unsubscribe. When I clicked to do a review, it took me to the same page, and VOILA, it magically works to leave a review. One follow up email is enough. If I wanted to write a review, I would have done it then. Learn from this.
