Don't waste your money on these.

Really disappointing tights from Peal iZumi. I have been a loyal user of their biking apparel for the past 20 years but that relationship looks like it will have to come to an end. The cut is weird (huge around the waist) but I can deal with that. What is unacceptable is the absolutely terrible quality to the chamois. Super thin and provides as much padding as a couple of thick napkins. Barely wide enough to cover the width of a road bike seat. REI shouldn't even be selling such low quality products, particularly at $150. Absolute junk.

Not quite what i expected

I was expecting tights that would fit similar to bike shorts with the added benefit of full leg coverage. These tights do not have a draw string that helps keep them up.

Best padded thermal tights.

Warm tights, good chamois!. I bought these as a second pair, I like them that much. Might be too warm into spring. They also make a version without the chamois, if that's how you grind.

Warm & Comfy Tights

Warm down to about 40 deg because they are NOT windproof on the front...but...way more comfortable because they are not windproof...Just warm thick tights with VERY nice padding

Poor fit makes for uncomfortable rides

The pants are very uncomfortable to wear even after several rides. The chamais is stiff and bulky and not even very protective. My perineum is sore after every ride (a first for any pants I have worn in the last 35+ years of cycling). The pants have inadequate rise, so they are uncomfortable even just walking. The "two" is because the pants are the appropriate warmth for Bay Area rides and the stitching seems good.

Thermal tights fit

Warm and toasty. Fit well at ankles & legs but waist needs a tie string to since tighter. Slips down at waist when riding.
