Sizing Notes
Measurements are stated in inches unless otherwise indicated. Size chart values represent body measurements, not garment measurements. Some women's pants are available in petite and tall sizes. Typically petite sizes fit women 4'11" to 5'3". Regular sizes fit women 5'4" to 5'8". Tall sizes fit women 5'9" to 5'11".
PETITE: Generally, as compared to regular sizes, petite sizes are 2.5 inches shorter in inseam, 1 inch shorter in body length, 1.25 inches shorter in sleeve length and ¾ inch shorter in total rise.
TALL: tall sizes are 3 inches longer in inseam, 2 inches longer in body length, 2.5 inches longer in sleeve length and 1.25 inches longer in total rise.
Capri or cropped pants have an intentionally shorter inseam—reference the technical specs instead of this chart.
Inseam is measured to the floor.

Warm and comfy, great for the mountain
As a plus size woman snowboarder I have felt very out of place since there isn’t a lot of gear tailored to plus size women in snow sports. It was very difficult to find plus size jackets and I was constantly looking. Often I ended up buying men’s jackets because they fit but they were uncomfortable. The sleeves were too long, the shoulders too wide, and the chest was too tight. I felt awkward and uncomfortable. I found this jacket and bought it about a month ago. I finally got to use it today and it was great. It was about 15*F outside and I was very warm. I usually wear a t-shirt and thermal shirt but I had to take the thermal shirt off I was so warm. The jacket stayed dry all day. We went with a beginner snowboarder and I would often lay down off the the side watching uphill for them and waiting. The snow never felt cold and the jacket never became wet. When I was too warm earlier in the day before I took off the thermal, condensation never built up inside the jacket. The jacket isn’t bulky and is very easy to move around in. The lining of the jacket felt nice against my skin and the ridges near the collar never bothered my neck and chin as other jackets have done. I wear my hair in two side braids when I am out on the mountain but they always would get stuck in the Velcro of jackets but not this one. My hair didn’t even get stuck once. The entire jacket fit, the sleeves were perfect and the jacket wasn’t too long for me. The pockets are large and very useable. I only have two complaints. One I wish this jacket came in cute colors like pink or blue. The normal women’s jacket comes in pink and the men’s jacket comes in blue. Many plus size snow jackets and pants only come in boring colors, it would be nice to have a choice of some cute colors too. My second complaint is that I wish these sizes were in stores for purchase too. I really wish they had them so I could try it on and buy it right away. Since I have never seen a plus size snow jacket for women in stores, this would really stand out.
Excellent jacket
What an amazing jacket. I purposely bought a bigger size to be able to layer. We went to Iceland and it worked great. It was rainy and gray in Reykjavik and this jacket repelled the rain and kept me warm. I am so glad I bought this jacket. Because I can layer, I think this will easily get me through the St. Louis winters.
Nice but not perfect
I love this jacket but I wish it came in a 1X. It only comes in 2X, so the sleeves are way too long. They have XL but that is a size 14-16. The 1X is an 18. The 2X is a 20-22.
Like a warm hug on cold wet days
Highly recommended. I wear this for dog walking about 9 mos out of the year and to go play in the snow. It’s so cozy and soft, like your fav lap blanket.
Fit horrible, returned
I was very motivated by the price, and ordered online. When I received it, it fit like a huge bag - shapeless, even though I ordered the correct size. I am usually impressed with REI coop items, but this seemed to be made well, but style and fit wise, was HORRIBLE.
