My favorite SmartWool to date!
I worried about ordering this sweater based on the reviews I read, but ordered it anyway because the graphic pattern and color was so gorgeous. I'm glad I did, and also went one size larger (Med> Large) based on other reviews. The sleeves are not the least bit tight, the knit weight is just right (I always wear a light merino base layer underneath sweaters. And the design and color is even better than I imagined. It's been a number of years since I've added another Smartwool garment to my large collection, but I'm so glad I spotted this one!

Neck is high and tight
Uncomfortable fit in the neck: collar is higher and snugger than my other Smartwool zipnecks. Otherwise, the fit was perfect, with good range of motion for my broad shoulders. Also, the texture is not as silky-soft as the Smartwool merino 250 top. The graphics are stunning, so I’m sad to send this back.

Great except for snaggability issue

Thin but warm. Great fit. Love this color. Packable. Only issue was it easily, and quite frequently snagged.

Way smaller than size suggests

Just got item. It’s beautiful, but I ordered an Xl and it is s very tight fit. So order way bigger than you would think you need because it comes much smaller than you would think.

I bought 3 of these in different styles

I wear this top all the time, I have ordered 3 of them in different styles all with the 1/4 zip which I prefer to keep my neck warm. I never put my Smartwool clothes in the dryer as they tend to shrink, and their clothing runs a size smaller than my normal size. I read a review that a customer wished to return an item but missed the return window, FYI: Smartwool has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not happy with the item you can contact them and they will send you a form to return it.. no hassles, no worries. Smartwool is a great company to deal with when it comes to product satisfaction.

Sweater

Sweater was too tight. I even ordered a size up from my usual. I typically love Smartwool so I’ll try another sweater style.

Highly technical and performs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first impression it that it is a highly technical product. I put it on and it was immediately comfortable but I was dismayed to see some unraveling of the weave right out too the bag. I went outside in 40's and did some modest activities. Comfortable! Came inside and was not overheating! Second time wearing was more vigorous activity in temps that were increasing to 50's with sun, stayed comfortable and did not get overheated or sweaty. As the temps dropped to 30s stayed dry and warm and added a layer. Definitely would recommend to technical product lovers. #SmartwoolLove

Very Nice Modern Knit, Bad Photos & Listing

When I received this I was surprised by how nice the hi-tech knit is. It looks & feels much better than it appears in the photos on the website. I would LOVE a Tshirt with this knit. But you literally cannot see the detail of this garment online. Another problem are the intraknit pants that coordinate with this top are badly listed online (2 different styles in 1 listing) and I got the wrong pants, and missed the return window so I can't exchange them. Smartwool needs better more detailed product listings and much better photos.
