Rock solid construction
Rock solid construction, I took this bag on a 550 mile 8 day trip on gravel, road and rough terrain. Simple on and off technology along with ample storage.
Good bag, works well.
Nice bag, very big, attaches fast, easy and secure. Doesn't move while riding. Don't notice it's there.
How to Day Tour in Style
This is a very well-designed and quite portable seat bag. It holds a fair number of items, packs up quickly, and attaches to the bicycle seat in seconds. I was able to fit in the bag a pair of water shoes, swim suit, rain pants, rain booties, waterproof parka, rain cover for my helmet, and a towel. It packs well and fits securely to the seat because of its innovative design. I highly recommend the 16-gallon size.
My Best piece of BikePacking Equipment
I have used it on two off-road gravel rides and I love it. So solid! Hard to notice any sway when out of the saddle climbing. Very pleased
Pricey, but great bag!
I originally purchased a lower end seat post bag for my new bikepacking adventure, and shortly thereafter returned it since it didn't seem stable enough, wiggling around all of the place. The Spine Lock is super stable, durable and a great size. My friend did have a problem with the bracket slipping off of the back of his Brooks touring saddle because of the angle on the underpart of the saddle, but mine seems fine. Would recommend!
Go w/ the 10L version for a full suspension bike
Incredible bag for Bikepacking. I love the pin-locking seat attachment and the way the side webbing cinches up tight. Be careful on a full suspension bike with the 16L version. The 10L version allowed for a lot more clearance. Even with my suspension fully locked, I still couldn't avoid the 16L rubbing a bit on the tire and swapped it for the 10L which I love.

Easy to mint and very stable while riding
Doesn’t Fit Selle SMP Rails
Great bag with a poor fastener design. I expected great things, and when I got the bag was surprised at the poor design of the saddle interface. I have Selle SMP saddles on four bikes. I have been riding this saddle for more than a decade and it’s perfect for me. So imagine my disappointment when I discovered that there’s no way to attach this bag to my saddle. Crazy thing is that it wouldn’t take much for them to make it more universal.
Unreal Ease
Getting ready for a cycle packing trip in Europe. This bag was easy to install and had a great quick release. It was unnoticeable during some trial rides and seemed secure.
