Just used these for the first time during a night under the stars in Winter Park, CO and they performed flawlessly. Super easy to use, cooked our food evenly (soba noodles & veggies for dinner with porridge for breakfast the next morning), and best of all the food didn't stick to them whatsoever. The strainer lid worked perfectly, and they cleaned up in a breeze. I was worried they would be a bit small for my wife and I but they ended up being perfect for the two of us. I wouldn't hesitate to buy these again or recommend to a friend.
Absolutely disappointing. Pots are great, but not for outdoor usage. They are too fragile, and I am not talking about inside ceramics. This is obvious that you need to be careful with it. Little scratch on outer surface caused, the inside ceramic getting off. I am huge fan of MSR. Windburner and Huba are my companions on almost every single climb or hike, but for those pots - solid no go. Be careful if you don't want to be disappointed. This product will not meet your expectations for outdoor usage (camping, hiking, backpacking). I am sorry to say so, but it is far away from the MSR quality and durability we are used to.
This is a great size for 2 people, and light weight, the pots fit well on our stove, nest together very well. The lid fits either pot, and the strainer in the lid is very convenient. The nonstick feature makes cleaning dishes very easy with minimal water. The only downside (4 star rather than 5) is that the handle is a bit difficult to use/switch especially if the pot is hot. Perhaps a second handle would be an answer to that if you're car camping and don't have an issue with weight (not that it weighs much).
It’s ok for what it is but 2 pots with only one lid and one handle? That’s not safe at all. For safety sake, each pot should absolutely have its own handle! Also, having to share a lid between two pots is just a silly idea. For what this set costs, 2 handles and two lids, not to mention a bag to put it all in (which you don’t get) is already paid for in my opinion. You definitely get the quality that MSR is well known for. If I had it to do over again, I’d probably do more research to see if there’s a comparable, more complete set for the same price.

The non stick os why we purchased these pots. However, you need to make sure rhat the flame does not go up the side as it will melt the nylon sleeve where the handle connects, and the metal on the handle can get really hot! Not built as well as expected from MSR.
I purchased the MSR Fusion Ceramic 2-Pot Set from REI about five years ago with the intention of using it for my backpacking adventures. However, it quickly became a staple in both my RV and home kitchen, being used almost daily. Just this morning, I whipped up a hearty oatmeal breakfast for the family with ease. The lightweight nature of this set, coupled with its non-stick surface, makes cooking a breeze rather than a chore. I am particularly fond of the strainer lid feature, which demonstrates the thoughtful design geared towards those who love to cook, not just heat or boil water. In fact, I find myself on the way to the Woodland Hills REI to purchase another set as my mom has become quite the fan too. Whether you are an avid outdoorsman or someone who appreciates a well-cooked meal at home, the MSR Fusion Ceramic 2-Pot Set is a worthy investment for any culinary endeavor.
I took this set out on its first four day trip this past week. The second time I opened up the pots from the storage position, the rubber piece on the lid broke. The rubber appears to be cracked and nearly disintegrated and came apart in my hands just from touching it. Everything else about these pots is great but I’m incredibly disappointed that they broke first try. Now it won’t hold properly when closed/stored because of the broken rubber

These pots appear to be very well-made and the handle is very sturdy. Unfortunately I was interested in a handle that would easily move from one pot to the other pot while using both on a two burner stove. Unfortunately the mechanism does not allow for easily moving the handle from one to the other without holding the pot which I would not want to do while cooking. I returned this item without actually using it.
Recently used this set to cook for a group of three for a week of skiing in the eastern Sierra. Used with my dragonfly stove to make pasta and sauce, beans and rice, boil water for oatmeal and coffee. Super easy to clean. Only complaint is only having one lid shared between the two pots, but it's easy enough to improvise a second cover for the rare times when you want two
