Excellent store employee assistance
I was looking for a baby hat with sun protection and there are no summer items in the store. I asked one the the employee who was in the middle of pulling a clothes rack. She stopped what she was doing and help us. She then went to the stock room and found what we were looking for and for the right size. She was pleasant and eager to help us. I felt bad now that I didn’t notice or asked for her name to put in this review. I would shop at REI in the Tustin Market place again for the great service
Nice Quality and Cute
Great hat for keeping the sun out of little one's eyes and to help protect from the sun. Has nice neck coverage as well.
Comfy and effective
Awesome hat; the visor in the front stays firm while the back folds well for babies in a stroller. It's also better fitting (not as gigantic) and more flattering than a lot of others we were given. We rarely use the chin strap but I'm sure it would be helpful for older babies. I'm about to order a second identical hat after we misplaced the first one.

I got this for my baby girl because we go hiking and she need it protection. It’s light weight and it bends easily that way I can pack it in my bag and go. I plan to use it for outdoor activities. It’s a lovely color and she looks adorable in it. The straps could use more Velcro so it can be more easy to adjust, besides that we love the hat.
Best hat for our son through his infant months!
Hands down the best hat we've purchased for our son. It's light, protective, easy to wash, and stays in place! May not be the most flattering to some but function over form. Can't go wrong.
Our favorite sun hat!
Wonderful sun hat, worked great for our baby his first year. This hat is adorable (blue!), lightweight, and dries quickly. We like that it can velcro as well. Highly highly recommend.

We love the raspberry color, soft material and the wide brim. It's too big for an infant so the baby will wear it next spring.
