Excellent Dual Carabiner design for right use
The S-Biner SlideLock, in both aluminum and steel versions, is one my favorite NiteIze products. Any less than 5-star review is most likely the result of misapplication: aluminum is not as strong as steel, and a smaller size is not as strong as a larger size. The convenience is in the Dual Carabiner. One end stays attached to the anchor point--a belt loop, backpack strap, hook, etc. The other end holds the object you need to grab and use. The SlideLock gates allow for one or both carabiners to remain locked. I keep a couple of these attached to daypacks and backpacks ready for immediate use. Clip your light stuff so you don't lose anything!

I have seen 2 styles on the market, one that locks closed and one that does not lock. I like the one that locks closed better.
Not stainless
Apparently not good in a beach area. Totally rusted after two weeks.

Now while this is stainless steel, even stainless steel can corrode when near a lot of salt water, like being outside by the beach constantly. Love Nite Ize but don’t recommend this product
I have purchased Nite Ize products before and they are great. I recommend things I love to friends and family if they work out for me. After the first week, one of the plastic piece broke off and the other plastic piece won’t stay lock. I got this for my work keys because I absolutely can’t loose them. I was excited to find out Nite Ize has the Runoff waterproof bags but after this experience I don’t know if I can trust this company. Now I’m shopping for a new idea for my keys and a way to keep my electronics absolutely waterproof.

I honestly have never had any issues with this carabiner, and I’ve used it for about 4 years now to hold my keys and strap them onto my pants. One of my favorite purchases ever. I recently downsized as I used to have the large one, just out of convenience. Both sizes worked wonderfully. They locked well, and never fell off my pants.
Double carabiner!? Yes please!!
I am a huge fan of carabiners. I am very familiar with the standard single carabiner and have grown very confident in my use of them. I use them to hold items like keys, lanterns, pens, compassess, water bottles and more. This new double carabiner has so much to offer! I would say it has twice as much to offer! Although it is more complicated and I will try to train with it and get myself comfortable with the extra capabilities I feel confident I will master the double carabiner. I highly recommend it!
Tough but lightweight little tools.
Needed a secure fix to hold hiking poles and various other items to loops on my pack. These are light, secure and easy to stow when not needed. Used them on a 28 day - 400 mile solo backpacking trip and discovered I need a couple more of them. Great tools!
kind of small
Kind of a small one, but it locks in place so there’s no way your keys or whatever gets off. I like that a lot!
