Perfect for camping and van life trips

I’ve used the product for a few months now and it’s the bomb diggy. Having the ability to get squeaky clean with little water consumption has been amaaazing. And the fact that I only need to warm up a little water and plug into my dc port of the van to clean off after a massive hike or swim in the lake still blows my mind seriously lol. And another point I’d like to make is I have long hair so it was really important to me to know whether or not this would be easy to use for washing it because I’m not a person to go days without cleaning my hair. I contacted the customer service about this before my purchase and they pointed out how to easily do this by taking the scrub off the hose etc. Their response was prompt and thorough, and I’ve been able to regularly wash my hair with the geyser. That’s a huge win-win for me lol. If you like having access to a shower in the wilds (or wherever) and being able to wash your long hair I def recommend the geyser 10 out of 10.

Plastic junk

Not sure how this thing got so many good reviews. The hose is a cheap plastic piece of junk that leaks in multiple places. Buyer beware. Way too expensive for such a cheap junky hose with cheap plastic connectors. Save yourself $300 and buy a garden sprayer and a sink sprayer with a few fittings. It will be better quality than this disappointment.

Great campsite/overlanding addition

Haven't gotten to use it in the wild yet, but testing it in the garage and driveway was exactly what I wanted. I used a 12V converter to plug it into the outlet on my truck bed so I can get extra room and stand further away from the campsite without having to use the outlet in the cab. Will probably get a little privacy shelter for showers. Got extra sponges too, based on the recommendation to have them for different people and purposes. Pretty excited that everything fits inside the cylinder. Easy to dry out and use. And the bomber switch is pretty cool. I'm especially looking forward to using this for some hot springing this year so that I don't carry the smell of sulfur around in the car and tent after.

Game changer!

Wow! Game changer! I've used this to give my pup a quick bath, rinse down my ebike after a particularly dirty trail and finally a well deserved shower for myself. Full disclosure I have a shower in my Class B campervan but I am always paranoid that I am using too much water from my on-board tank. With this I know exactly how much water I am using and can use from a different. Source if it available. The sponge is a genius solution to more clean for less water. Using it with out the sponge is great for rinsing my bike, just rinsing muck off of me before doing a true shower and of course for my doggo. I WILL be telling all my friends about this!

Think washing not shower

Saw this at Overland Expo East. Stopped by the booth and talked with the product manager. He convinced me to go with the non-heater version (less money). Glad I choose this model as it's much quicker to boil water than waiting ~20 minutes for the other model to heat the water. Another advantage is it's less drain on a battery since you are not using a battery to heat the water. I used it to sponge dirt off my body. Disconnected the sponge and used the hose to wash my hair. It fits perfectly in my Front Runner Wolf Pack Pro storage box with plenty of room for other items.

Excellent for RV use

I purchased the Geyser System a few days ago. I live in a RV and the Geyser System is perfect for my situation. I'm not that close to a water source and the Geyser System uses less than a gallon of water per shower. It's easy to use, just plug it into your cars cigarette lighter and you're good to go. The scrubs are excellent for scrubbing off heavy dirt. You feel as refreshed as taking a shower at home. I can't think of any situation where the Geyser System wouldn't be a plus where showers aren't available. They're light weight and use minimal water. This is an excellent system for keeping clean in any situation. I highly recommend the Geyser System.

Geyser Systems Portable Shower.

Wow Wow Wow ! Just received my Geyser Systems Portable Shower System today ( July 1, 2020 ). I couldn’t wait to try it out. It lives up to all my expectations and then some. This is the real deal and the customer service at the company is second to none. The unit works exceptionally well and the quality is excellent . The scrubs are so well made. So glad that I made this purchase and definitely will alert my friends to this incredible product. I have a teardrop type trailer and this portable shower will allow me to take a shower and conserve water and dispose of the grey water in a safe manner.

Get One

I bought this system, in replacement of a Nemo Helio; it didn't disappoint. It definitely conserves water. Me and my girlfriend both took a shower and had some water to spare. It wasn't a lot that was left, but still; two people taking a shower on 0.8 gallons? Stop it. I honestly thought that 95 degrees (the temperature the water has to be in order for the pump to work) wouldn't be hot enough, but it's actually very very pleasant, even on a chillier evening. The only thing that I think they could add or offer is a shower hose type attachment. I like the sponge but it'd be nice to connect a classic sprayer nozzle.

Good Clean Fun!

We first learned about the Geyser at Overland Expo. We were very intrigued but unsure about making such an expensive purchase. We decided to think about it. Then we went to REI for the Memorial Day Sales Event. We saw it on the shelf and decided to purchase. Boy, are we glad that we bought the Geyser (non heating). We follow the instructions of two parts cold water and one part hot water and while it is not a luxurious shower, it sure beats baby wipes any day. We each have our own sponge to avoid confusion and now we can do longer trips and not feel gross. I am very glad we purchased the geyser, I strongly recommend the Geyser

Valve NOT working out of the box

So I bought this a few months ago waiting to use it on a camping trip. Unfortunately was an absolute flop. The valve that regulates the water flow leaked ALL of the water! I had to place the sponge beneath the leaking water to get it wet and clean ourselves. What a ridiculous scenario to deal with this right out of the box! I saw reviews that warned me of this situation before I bought it, and shame on me for thinking it wouldn’t happen to me. I called support and had to leave a message. I guess I’ll have take it back to REI for a refund. I wish companies would take the necessary measures of quality control before they ship out their product. Very annoying to pay the price of this system and have to find out it doesn’t work properly when you are out camping!

Great camp shower!--none of the hassle

We shower in a small changing room tent that also doubles as a bathroom. It is great to not have water everywhere from a spray shower. The sponges do a great job of wiping down and getting clean. I used 1 part hot water to 2 parts cold water to have a warm shower after a day of hiking and driving on some sand dunes. I also envision using this on park days and day trips to wipe down due to its portability and ease of use. I upgraded from a Helio, this one is a BIG upgrade even at its price. When camping with a young family, having a good shower makes the trip that much more enjoyable.
