Wanted to love
I fell in love with the pattern on these shorts and was excited that they were from Patagonia as I have had good luck with mountain biking clothes from them before. However, these shorts immediately were sent back. I thought I would love the elastic on the back of the shorts, but instead it felt cheap and very scratchy. I also have larger thighs and the shorts really pulled in the crotch (you can even see it in the picture.) I can not speak to their performance, but I did not feel like these lived up to their price point.
my favorite bike shorts!
I absolutely love the feel and fit of these. I would say they run a bit small but I love the lack of snaps and zippers. The pull-on style is really comfy. They are also really light weight and so will be great for warm weather rides. I hope they come up with additional colors in these. Others have mentioned they are tight in the thighs and I kind of agree. I wear a size 12 in most pants and shorts and bought a 12 in these as well. Definitely try them on with the liners you like to see how they work for you.
Love these two pocket shorts
Cellphone fits easily, second pocket a bonus. Lightweight. Non binding True to size. Love these shorts.
Worth the Money!
I love, love these shorts! They are super comfortable and very lightweight. I wasn't sure I wanted to spend this much money on a pair of short but are truly worth the money. Love that the pocket fits my phone. Highly recommend.
Comfy & Flattering
These shorts are comfortable and flattering, tough combination to pull off. Perfect modest length but still sporty. Silky feel to fabric but stands up to grit and stains. Looks new after several washings.
Way too baggy
These shorts were big and baggy, both too long and wide. I'm 5'3", 115 lbs and usually Patagonia smalls fit fine. Fabric and color (blue) were nice but unfortunately I'll be sending these back. I tried these on without a pad, and they were still huge.
Great, but run small
Overall great, but definitely run small! I usually wear a pants size 10 and had to size up to 12 for these. They're super light and comfortable.
Comfortable multitaskers!
Comfortable! Quick dry 4 Costa Rica trip. Swim, cycle, hang out. Very Goldilocks, Not too tight, not too loose.
