Ditched rooftop cargo baskets and decided to go with the LockNLoad platform B. Very well built product and relatively quiet at 70 mph speed. Mounted on Timberline towers with SL adapters. This platform sits lower and makes my 2021 Toyota Sienna look so amazing!

Aerodynamic fluttering
No, I do not recommend this product
Aerodynamic fluttering makes the roof shake I have tried the platform as far forward, in the middle in multiple locations, and as far back as I can. I measured to make sure it was centered. The aerodynamic fluttering creates such a vibration that it sounds like I have a large subwoofer in my trunk. I emailed support and they said it would be atleast 20 days for a reply. There is basically no support if you have a problem. I am Mechanical Design Engineer who builds specialty equipment. I solve complex problems on a daily basis and I can't fix this one. Maybe if you are an aerospace engineer with access to a wind tunnel you will have better luck. Buyer beware!!!! Cool idea. Terrible follow through

Great equipment on the trail, noisy daily driver

I have this fitted on a 2022 Subaru outback wilderness. I really like the versatility, the t slots through most of the bars, and the look of it. What I don't like is how noisy it is no matter how I adjust the front and back height, this extra drag reduces my mpg by about 10%. Due to the noise and my daily long drives I need to take it off,it is heavy, but ya know it's a solid piece of equipment. It blocks the sun roof, but that was understood when I bought it.

I wanted a roof rack that utilized the existing rails on my Land Cruiser Heritage. I looked at several brands and ended up deciding on this Yakima rack. Overall, the installation was not too too difficult and took several hours. I’m very satisfied with the end result which is a very solid roof rack. I will mostly use it for carrying fishing rods, recovery boards, etc. Total install took several hours.
