Solid build, not 100% sold on benefit

I was looking for something to help train my grip strength while sitting at my desk. The three different resistance levels are distinct. For reference, I'm fairly novice at climbing. The lightest was fairly easy to work from the get go. The middle one took a little work but I could do it fairly easily. The hardest has some substantial resistance. I'm not sold I'm actually gaining that much grip strength though. It might be that the rubber is just wearing in. Probably a little A and a little B. They're holding up though after a couple months of occasional use.

Overall good product, however non-adjustable

3 different resistance donuts for grip strengthening. May be too large or too small depending on hand-size. Pink ring is very challenging, dark green is fairly easy and light green is just right (coming from a non-climber). So far no issues with durability. Material is comfortable and sturdy

Easy but like them

The three rings are of different difficulty levels and I was surprised that I could immediately use the most challenging one immediately. I wondered about returning them but decided to keep them; I just use higher repetitions than I had first planned. The materials seem related to the magic pixie dust that Apple uses on their products: pleasant to touch and you don't want to put them down. Like many other people, I suppose, I keep one near my laptop to use during meetings. I'm not a climber, but was inspired to increase my finger strength after going to a party with some and watching what they could do with a fingerboard.

the colors are beautiful and they really do workout your forearms. i’m still on the first ring and don’t even think i’ll make it to the most resistance one anytime soon. they’re durable material and are easy to pack / hang on your bag. as a climber, super helpful in creating finger and forearm strength. worth the purchase!

Look out if you're shaking my hand! (lol)

I love these! I had some trouble last year with my right wrist after I'd carried around my laptop for a while (I work in a school) and thought that maybe these would help. When I first got them, I could only manage the easiest ones and could barely make a dent in the other two. Most nights, I did three sets of 15 with each hand, alternating hands and before I knew it, the easiest ones were too easy and I could manage the moderate one! I can even use the tough one now and have a hard time telling the difference between the two! I feel like having better hand strength has also helped for gardening. Overall, I think these are great, and even though they seemed maybe a bit big or like they were stretching my fingers at first, I think that actually might have made them more effective (same kind of idea as a myotactic crunch).

The best kind of donut

I like these grip strengtheners a lot. The varying resistances are nice to progress in your training. I keep one attached to my backpack all the time to train when I'm bored or even a bit stressed. They strengthen fingers, hands, and forearms.

Favorite Grip Trainer

I like the rings much more than the usual metal squeezers or individual finger squeezers. The So iLL strength trainers are a great way to warm your fingers up to climb or to build strength.

Goof if you already have hand strength. Light.

These would be great if I had any strength in my hands. There are better ways to do this. Also, I thought there would be some weight to them. Doesn't seem so, though they are rated at 1 lb. I am an almost 60-year-old woman who works out and is in good shape. My boyfriend is 64 and he can squeeze these. I cannot even begin to. It would only make the arthritis in one of my hands worse.

No stink & variety encourages movement creativity

No heavy rubber stink like the hand exercise donuts of old. Smooth, odorless silicone-like surface. Three different strengths useful for rehab and exercising different fingers and grip types.
