The fabric is not my favorite...it feels more like polyester than a bamboo/merino blend. I'm going to keep it because I need a base layer for some upcoming activities, but had I tried this on in the store, I probably would've passed. The plus side: it's true to size. I'm 5'4" 160 lbs. and ordered an XL = neither too tight/too baggy.

Super comfy!

I love this shirt! I ended up purchasing three more and got my daughter three. It is very comfortable and thin but it's perfect for base layer or as an every day shirt!

Lovely wool shirt.

Very comfy shirt. I recently jumped into wearing wool due to travel & not holding smells. I have a Smartwool classic all-season shirt similar that I like. Comparing these two, the Tasc is a bit softer & I really like the thumbholes on this one. Also, a slightly looser fit at the waist due to the cut. (Also bought an REI merino 185, it is also nice, but seems a bit scratchier than these 2, not uncomfortable, just noticeable.) I'm 5'3", 135 lbs. Usually wear a small or medium to ensure the long sleeves are actually long. This shirt is a great fit for me in a Small. I would buy more of this brand.

Great fit but quite thin

I love Tasc Performance shirts and own two of the bamboo V-necks. I really like Tasc’s super soft and wicking fabric and their women’s cut which allows for broader shoulders and tapers to a straighter fit in the torso. This baselayer was no different. It has well-designed thumb loops too. However, I found the fabric extremely thin and was worried it wouldn’t hold up. It’s also thin enough that it wasn’t very warm. I could see using this as an ultralight wicking baselayer for high-output activities like skiing paired with a warmer midlayer on top. But that wasn’t what I was looking for. If Tasc makes a more midweight layer, I would definitely buy it. This top runs true to size and true to Tasc sizing. A S was perfect (5’6” 130 lb).

Very low durability

I wore this maybe three times and washed it once, and there's already a hole in one of the sleeves.

Quality disappointing

Love the color and fit! The problem is that one of the seams near the thumb hole split open after only a few wears. I sewed it up, but I’m disappointed with the quality.

Seam splitting after 3 wears!

I bought this on sale for my hike on the Camino de Santiago. After 3 days of wearing it, the seam is parting near the thumb hole.

Soft to skin, breathes well

I ordered one in blue 1X and 1 in purple XL. They both fit well for base layer. I would have preferred both as 1X but purple only in XL. I wore the blue yesterday as base layer under my lt wt jacket for XC skiing. Top was breathing well and not itchy. I particularly like the long arms with thumb holes. makes it easy to slip on jacket. Both sizes were sufficient length in sleeves. Pros: Silky feel, long sleeves with thumb. homes and breathes well for high output activities . I also compared the feel with 100%merino wool. this blend of wool and fibers is better for me. Smooth to skin Cons: why do they assume when you are bigger in width, you need so long of a boday?? bottom line: Since they are base layers for winter, I tuck the shirt into my pants or long John's. wish they had more colors.
