Best guide book I've owned
I'm no expert on the Redwoods or the immediate area but this guide seems perfect. The trail list is in chronicle order (but you'll have to work your way from the back if the book to the front if traveling south). Every trailhead has a list of basic information including location, trail length and elevation as well helpful notes. There are detailed sections featuring driving directions, thorough descriptions of trail features and suggestions to make the hike longer. The maps are very handy to get a visual representation .
