Works as advertised, need temperature rating
I bought these socks specifically for biking in the snow. Since I wanted to wear normal shoes and not boots. Based on this idea, I have to say, the product works as advertised. My feet are always dry and this includes the bike wash after I get home. My shoes are always wet after the wash. I only wish that I would have gotten the 'extreme cold' version as my feet are still a bit cold. The good news, I have enough room in the socks to wear some thin wool socks under.
Sealskinz Gortex socks
These were recommended by an Alaskan guide so I assumed they were adequate for me. The sizing is correct, they’re comfortable and waterproof. I haven’t used a lot but the appear very well made.
