Terrible directions
We bought this adapter after having our veer for a few years with our second son here now. We installed it and the instructions were terrible and we could not figure out how to remove our car seat. We spent hours trying to remove it. With literally no clear instructions on how to remove we eventually found a Facebook group that had the explanations. There are two little rectangular black buttons on the car seat above the inserted adapter that will release your car seat. Hopefully veer will give better directions so No one else would go through the stress of thinking your only car seat for your newborn isn't stuck.
Prefect
This adapter has the most secure latching system I have seen. It was great strolling around the state fair with my newborn, 3, and 4 year olds in our CruiserXL.
Works great, our baby didn’t like it
This product works great and is easy to attach to the wagon. Fit with the car seat is nice and secure. However, we returned this item after 2-3 uses as our daughter just preferred being carried in a chest carrier instead of riding in the veer wagon. Nothing wrong with the product, but babies are fickle. Grateful for REI’s generous return policy.
This is amazing
The car seat adapter lets the new mom join in all the fun activities without lugging a baby car seat and knowing baby is safely “above the fray” of active toddlers nearby. You can constantly see your baby and know they are safe and comfortable
