Doesn't stay on
Planning on returning this although buying a new one doesn't seem like it will be any different. Met another mom who returned her canopy (same issues as mine) and had the same problems with the new one. The clasp seems too weak for the rotating joint, so anytime you adjust the shade the clasp pops off the wagon. It falls off simply by taking the wagon over a bumpy terrain. It seems to pop off when sitting still lol I noticed on the Veer website the product is not listed. Hope this means they are coming out with a new model. Disappointed in the quality,design of this basically unusable shade that is quite expensive...
Clip is correctly
The canopy is great and covers more than I expected since they sell the extra visor attachment. There are little bumps/circles on the side which is where the canopy needs to clip onto. It will not stay on otherwise. Same with the snack tray
Get one that works
Make sure you get one that works. When it retracts it unsnaps from wagon. When contacted they’ll ask many questions and video proof before acknowledging a faulty product. After approved you’ll then need to show proof of purchase before they can send you a return mail slip. I expected more especially when the canopy cost the price of a wagon.
Works great when clipped on correctly
I was having issues with getting the canopy to stay on until I was told how to clip it on correctly. Make sure it's lined up with the bumps underneath and there should be 2 clicks. The first one is not very noticeable. To get the second one, you have to push fairly hard. Once you get it, it's easy moving forward and they work great! I love being able to move the flap to see my kids or give them more shade.
Protects little passengers from the sum
This is a real necessity when you're taking the kids out in the Cruiser. It keeps the sun off, keeps them cooler -- and mine love to be together under 2 canopies, it's like a little fort.
