Nite Ize  RunOff Waterproof Toiletry Bag

I have tried so many toiletry bags, but none seemed to be the right size and all were made of cloth / nylon which never works well when traveling often. This bag is amazing - perfect size, completely waterproof, easy to clean, and the zipper is awesome! I travel for business and carry on as a rule and it's nice to know if toothpaste, shampoo, or shaving cream leaks during trip, it won't get on clothes in the bag. This thing is built like a whitewater raft with welded seams and no idea how they did this zipper but it's like nothing I've seen. Seriously - just get this bag and you will be thrilled.

When we packed up our suitcase to head home from a trip down south, we packed all our cream and sunscreen in this bag.....and we are so thankful we did! When we arrived home and opened our suitcase, we could see through the clear front of the bag that our sunscreen had exploded. The bag did not leak any bit of liquid, we couldn't believe it! Not only were we impressed with how well the bag held everything inside, the cleanup was amazing! We emptied the bag, and cleaned everything out and our bag is as good as new. We will never travel without these bags again!

This item is billed as a waterproof toiletry bag - which technically it is - but it does not fit the bill for travel. Although appearing to be well made, it is also very lightly constructed and will not I’m sure stand up to anything more than very occasional (and careful) use. Anything resembling sharp or hard - hair brush or toothbrush handle, dental pick, comb, etc - will quickly cause failure I think. It is also about a third to a quarter smaller than “standard” size toiletry bags, and has zero compartments other than the main cavity. As mentioned, for occasional, specific and careful use, it may suffice. But for general travel etc use, it is completely out of sorts. I give it two stars only because it seems well constructed in the ultra minimalist, specific and infrequent, very careful use. I’m returning it and cannot recommend it for anything resembling normal use.

This bag is awesome to keep the personal amenities protected and dry. Just the right size for the items I need while out for weeks. Very impressed with the durability after hanging it in trees and on boats in the rain all day. *As a Nite Ize field tester, I received this product in exchange for my honest feedback and review of its performance.

I used this to put my emergency overnight and first aid kit in. The clear sides to see in help to find things. The attachment points are great and allow for easy strapping to a boat. The zipper is top notch and very easy to fully close. It is pretty light weight, but still seems durable enough to stay waterproof.

I’m very impressed by this product. As someone who travels as much as I do, it’s a must- this is the newest staple in my gear. The secure closures and sturdy material are far supperior to any teavel makeup bag I’ve ever owned. I am buying one for all of my travel companions.

Able to fit 3 OZ bottles for travel but not suitable for full size bottles for a gym bag etc. Well made, sturdy, looks like it will work for a carry on and keeping liquids contained, but not sure it's worth $40 but had a gift card to use up.

I purchased this bag for a ditty bag but found that it was a perfect size for my electronics while I’m on an overnight river trip. Now I’ll have to get more then just one. It’s easy to see what’s in the bag without having to unzip it first.

Nicely constructed with a durable water tight zipper and shell. I am confident that if a bottle should leak my clothes will be protected.
