I've gotten this coat over the last few winters and absolutely love it! Keeps my 3.5 year old daughter warm without added bulk, and is so easy to toss in the backpack without taking up space. We have this in 3T and 4T, both of which so far have been very durable and are in great condition to pass onto her younger cousins. The double sided color options are a bonus since my kiddo likes to make her own choices and feels like she gets two coats in one. My only complaint is one side doesn’t have pockets, so we usually have to switch the coat around after a bit since she likes having pockets for finding treasures and keeping hands warm.
We have last year’s color and purchased this one in the larger size. It’s a great little jacket. Keeps our little guy warm for play on the snow days and in between.
We bought this jacket for our now 10 month old. It is a great weight for everyday errands or layering under a snowsuit for more warmth. Easy to pack. The only downside is that since it’s reversible it doesn’t have a hanging strap and since it’s so tiny it has a hard time staying on the hook without it. Otherwise we love it and it will be a great hand me down as well.
I wanted a warm jacket for my kiddo that he could wear comfortably in the car seat. I would buy this jacket over and over agin. It's great. I can tell that he's toasty warm under it. It's light weight and not bulky.
Nice and thin for car seat but warm. My little one hates jackets and he didn’t cry with this one! Love that it’s reversible. Arms run a little long
The sale price at 35.00 is ok for the jacket. I purchased the fall themed one, and the coral color is definitely orange. When jacket is reversed there are zero pockets on it in the coral color setting. It clearly looks like its inside out. This jacket is a cheap attempt at a reversible. I know at this price point that I shouldn't expect alot but 2 pockets and hiding the seem doesn't feel like its asking for much maybe I'm being a Chad but thats my honest opinion
I love how nice and warm this jacket is, one and done. But the biggest problem is that it does not have a zipper liner. So I have accidentally pinched my child's skin several times leaving marks on their skin and a tantrum that lasts a considerable amount of time. My adult size jacket comes with this basic feature, why not the toddler size?
This coat has worked okay for my toddler over the last winter and spring. It’s warm enough on its own into the 40’s, layers well, washes well, and is light and packable. There are a couple of design flaws that lead me to knock off two stars. This coat is absolutely bare bones and it seems like every expense was spared. The most basic flaw is the lack of a little loop at the collar to allow a child to hang up the coat on their own. It mystifies me why this is missing because I didn’t even consider it to be a “nice to have” feature on a coat. The coat is too small and light to drape over a hook without falling off. A simple loop would fix that. The flimsy nature of the zipper and lack of a zipper liner makes it too difficult for a toddler to zip themselves. There are also other common kid friendly features that could have been added for a fractional cost, like loops in the sleeves to attach mittens, and snap in the pockets to make them functional enough to actually hold anything.
This is a very decent toddler down jacket. It feels like it will be warm enough for winter. It’s reversible, so two different looks. There were other reviewers that commented on features they felt were missing from the jacket (zipper flap and a hanging hook). I think those reviewers may have missed that this jacket is reversible and says so in the description. Having a hanging hook and zipper flaps would make a reversible jacket look terrible. My child is nearly three and has no issues hanging this jacket up or putting the jacket on himself.
Bought these for all three of my littles! They loved them and lived that they are reversible! They wash very well as I did find myself having to wash them frequently as the light purple showed a lot more mess than the blue and red! Great price point and we love our purchase! Kids are already requesting for next year! We didn’t use for outdoor snow play as they had other heavier snow suits but they were great for everyday wear during winter season!
