Measurements are stated in inches unless otherwise indicated.
CHEST: Measure around the fullest part, across bust points, keeping the tape horizontal.
WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.
HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.
INSEAM: Inseam refers to the length of the garment, from the crotch seam to the hem.

nice snug fit but not as insulated as previous
The jersey fits snug but is true to size. I like the new sleeve ends that keep the breeze from running up my arms. It does not appear to be as thick in insulation as the previous version that I own.
Too small
Sleeves and back panel are a good length but the front of the jersey does not extend down to my shorts.
Odd fitting, but good quality
5'9", athletic/fit build - fit a little short in torso length, tight in the biceps and oddly long arms/sleeves. Maybe I'm just an odd fit, but looks like many others have similar thoughts. You can't please them all.. My riding buddies swear by this jersey for it's comfort and warmth. Great value when on sale ;)

I returned. It ran smaller than expected. Otherwise it was a good, quality item
