favorite gloves
I have had 3 pairs of these and have never had any issues. I lost the first pair, and then thought I lost a second pair and re-bought them. I have Raynaud's and these help keep my hands fairly warm and keep a pair in each of my favorite coats. I don't use them to do anything manual in them other than walk my dog. Both of my current pairs look brand new. I hope they make these forever.

Not so warm
I needed gloves just for walking my dog in cooler temps, but hoped to find a sleeker pair that allowed me to use my hands while wearing them. I bought these based on the reviews and I just do not understand how anyone would consider these to offer warmth. My fingers are left tingling when out in 45 degrees. They fit well and are sleek when on, but are not warm...and I am left searching for another pair.

Best liner gloves, hands down :)

Took these and a pair of waterproof/windproof shells from Montbell to Patagonia O circuit. They saw 9 days of rain, snow, and wind and kept me perfectly warm except when they were well out of there intended range, even then they performed great. They wouldn't dry completely overnight in really cold/wet conditions (nothing would dry), but I hung them every night and they were dry enough to finish drying in my bra while getting breakfast ready and eating. I was super impressed with how warm my hands stayed even when they got wet. Ive got leather and polyester Hestras that these are replacing now.

Well Made Functional Gloves.

I have purchased an untold number of light weight gloves over the years in a search for protection while cross country skiing while simultaneously having tactile connectivity with my cell phone. Historically, it had been a bust. These gloves however, Bingo. The quest has been reached. The gloves provide warmth via blocking direct exposure to the cold and retaining heat generated from exertion. I really do not like to fiddle with a digital device when I'm deliberately out and about in the hinterland, woods, and/or wilderness. If a situation necessitates using a phone or other touch activated device, at least I would not have to take these gloves off. Finally, the fit is excellent.

Worn out after a single winter, don't buy these

So so bummed with the quality of these. They have multiple visible holes worn in each glove after a single winter. I wore them to shovel our small urban sidewalk less than five times, and wore them casually quite a bit more. They're a nice weight for 20ish weather but now they're beyond repair and basically garbage, a waste of money and materials. I expected better from Icebreaker.

Warm but not durable

I used these over the course of a 9 day excursion, and they did not hold up well at all. I have holes in 4 of my fingers, and I didn’t use them for any rope work or touching rock; however, the merino wool kept me warm even when the gloves were wet/damp.

Excellent General Warm Cycling /Sport glove

Read the reviews that helped me so I’m passing this courtesy along. I purchased these with bike riding on colder nights in mind. I find most winter bike gloves to be cumbersome and padded too thickly. These are rated for general use and they operate as such. They are particularly warm enough and extremely comfortable (without being bulky), which is hard to find in a “active” use type glove. That being said, if you’re biking you may need to wear a grippy fingerless glove for more grip. I noticed some slippage on handlebar grips. But necessary to note I use canvas and most non rubber grips when cycling. Still something to consider if you’re cycling with these. What’s most impressive is that I can operate my phone touchscreen while wearing them better than any other winter glove I’ve owned . So that’s a big deal. The attachment clip is always a nice feature because losing one glove or the chance of them being separated in the off season or lost is a real misfortune without it. I highly recommend this glove. The price is fair for the quality, use and warmth of this glove.

Great gloves initially, but delicate and fragile

I liked this glove a lot! Comfortable, warm, and lightweight. Unfortunately, I found them prone to developing holes in the fingertips, and are not all that repairable given the construction. Will be looking for something else next time.

If you are looking for quality & warmth this is not your glv

These are not warm whatsoever. The windbreaks directly through them. I purchased these less than a week ago & they already have a hole in them & faking apart.. Now I've read they reserve the right to refuse returns.

Good value

Fit is true to size. Bought a pair for myself and another for my wife. Each of us love them. Nice warm liners that I wear by themselves or with an over mitt. The index finger can open my phone screen most of the time.
