Sizing Notes
Measurements are stated in inches unless otherwise indicated. Size chart values represent body measurements, not garment measurements. Some women's pants are available in petite and tall sizes. Typically petite sizes fit women 4'11" to 5'3". Regular sizes fit women 5'4" to 5'8". Tall sizes fit women 5'9" to 5'11".
PETITE: Generally, as compared to regular sizes, petite sizes are 2.5 inches shorter in inseam, 1 inch shorter in body length, 1.25 inches shorter in sleeve length and ¾ inch shorter in total rise.
TALL: tall sizes are 3 inches longer in inseam, 2 inches longer in body length, 2.5 inches longer in sleeve length and 1.25 inches longer in total rise.
Capri or cropped pants have an intentionally shorter inseam—reference the technical specs instead of this chart.
Inseam is measured to the floor.

Wow! I couldn't even feel them on!
At first I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about these, as I usually prefer cotton underwear. But they're so breathable and soft and light I've fallen in love with them. When I first put them on I could feel the seams and I thought uh oh (I often wear underwear inside out just to avoid the seams), but very shortly they seemed to soften up, or I just got used to them & it didn't even really feel like I was wearing underwear at all! I actually slept in them the first day I wore them and they were incredibly comfortable. Like other reviewers said, THEY DON'T MOVE. They srsly stay put. It's yet to be seen how they fare in the sweaty swampy summer, but so far so good!
The best underwear ever!!!
So was definitely questioning these a bit when they came looking like panty hose that wouldn’t last a day....buuut after many hiking days in mammoth they were by far the best thing I’ve put on. Couldn’t feel them one bit, took my pants off to jump in the lakes and the black looked like a bathing suit! It was amazing, everyone else had to hike back with wet soggy undies and within 20 min or so of sitting outside (with them on) mine were 100% dry, not stretched and no tears after sitting on rocks and dry leaf clutter. Def thought there would be a run or tears - but nothing. Can’t say enough about these!!
Great for travel
This underwear is really great for travel and very comfortable! Pros: Dries quickly if you need to hand wash in a sink, extremely light weight and comfortable and very well made (except for reason below). Cons: I wear panty liners every day and they didn't stick well. This might be for two reasons - 1) they are so stretchy and they perhaps were more stretchy than the pantyliner could deal with or 2) (and this is a pet underwear peeve of mine) the front of the crotch panel is not sewed in, leaving a little pocket. This seriously annoys me and is the reason I don't buy certain brands of underwear. That is why it lost a star. I'm sure there are lots of people who don't have a problem with this and I would highly recommend this product for them. It felt almost like wearing nothing they were so thin and stretchy! But PLEASE start sewing the rest of the crotch panel!!
Most-comfortable, no-VPL, breathable undies ever!
I LOVE THESE. I have a pear-shaped curvy figure so underwear are difficult to fit properly. Briefs usually cause an ugly visible panty line (VPL) so I would gravitate toward hip-huggers, but those slide up and have to be adjusted constantly. Not these briefs! They stretch a ton and stay put. They are easy to wash and air-dry quickly. They are cute too! I’m not embarrassed for my husband to see them. I recommend these to anyone. BTW I also have the Patagonia version which I loved before I tried these. These are quite a bit better. The fit and level of stretch is just better. I haven’t had them long so I can’t speak to longevity but they appear to be well-made as you’d expect from the price.
Short-lived
These felt great and I loved the color...while they lasted. I wore them two times and they started ripping. I would expect this after years of wear, very disappointing. Easy enough to give a quick sew, but I don't think I should have to after two washes. Maybe it was just bad luck on this pair...
Fantastic and comfortable
As a mom of four younger kids I have been looking for some new underwear. When I first saw these I wasn’t sure how they would hold up over the long term. I have had them For a month now and I love them. They have pretty full coverage on the rear, high enough waist that they don’t fall down constantly but not so high that you feel like you’re wearing granny panties. When I wore leggings I felt like underwear lines weren’t obvious and when I wore them for a run they stayed put and didn’t cause chaffing! I also love that the waistband does not dig into my sides. I bought a size XL and wear between a 14/16 in pants. I may try a large next time but those might be a bit small for me. They washed well too. Over all I am happy with them and will purchase more.
Comfortable until the leg hole ripped
I loved these the first day, but on the second, the leg hole just ripped. I didn’t do anything but take them off and on normally. They fit me perfect. This made them super awkward feeling on the hike home. Lesson learned, even in an overnight pack trip take a second pair. I am disappointed given how much they cost and that they didn’t even last one day on my first trip. I bought two other pairs, so will update this based on how they work.
Everything, Everywhere: these Rock!
I tried these for a weight workout at the gym, for a 3 mile run, and for everyday at work. These underwear worked great for all those things. Added plus: These are comfortable panties!! They "stayed put" (no "hiking"!), were cool (it's HOT in MO in August!) Looking for "put them on and forget them" panties?--look no further: these are it.
Stays put while active
These undies are both moisture-wicking and stay put while hiking. They also don't have a line, which is hard to come by for those like me with a very round bottom :)
no two booties are the same
I am petite, with a bubble booty that seems designed for constant and unrelenting wedgies. i tend to need undies that are tight enough to prevent wedgie, and the small was just sliiightly too loose to prevent a wedgie for me. i absolutely love the fabric of these undies -- super lightweight and quick drying for outdoor pursuits -- but the cut does give me slight wedgies, more noticeably in looser pants. Compared to the type of wedgies i get with other undies they're not too bad, so i still like these and grab them for long climbing and skiing days. I do think the wider cut of the hipsters is better suited to my bum specifically and will be trying the briefs next.
