Lightweight yet warm enough for cool nights

I got this jacket in the middle of a Colorado summer so I haven’t tested it below 45 degrees F. But it kept me more than warm during a couple of unexpected cool nights (50 degrees) . This jacket fits great! I’m slightly chubby in the waist and the material has enough stretch to feel really comfortable. Stretchy material in the sleeve cuffs and waist add to the comfort and great fit. The fit is true to size. Only downside for me is NO hood. Love that the jacket is very lightweight- I’d say this jacket is a 3-season jacket (excluding Colorado winters) and perfect for throwing in the car for a fishing or camping trip or a summer night concert!

Nice style, runs large

I bought this jacket because I wanted a bomber style jacket but the quality and features that would be expected of Arc'teryx. Unfortunately, the jacket runs large. It's "regular fit" but I would consider it loose fit. I'm normally size XS and my size in this jacket was too large and unflattering. I would definitely reconsider it if they revise it and make it with more consistent sizing. I've noticed their recent revision are to give a looser fit, seems like vanity sizing? I was always an XS in the Covert Cardigan but with their revision, I can longer buy that style. I would need an XXS and they do not make it.

Perfect transition jacket

This jacket has been perfect for the in-between summer/fall in Colorado. Mornings tend to be chilly and afternoons are much milder, and this jacket is warm enough to wear in those crisp mornings, and light enough to pack in my work bag for the warmer afternoon commute. It's a surprisingly warm jacket for its weight - I probably could see myself wearing this into late fall. It's a stylish cut as well - perfect for casual wear. I generally am between a S/M in jackets, and the medium fits well and allows for a little extra layering room.

Super nice simple jacket

I bought this jacket on a whim and really glad I did. It fit perfectly, to size. I'm 5 foot five and weigh approximately 118 pounds. The jacket is light enough that I can wear it as a middle layer in the winter over a T-shirt. Or as a jacket in the spring or fall. I have had many compliments on the jacket and how it looks. Although it doesn't have many features such as an inside pocket, I find I don't need that and it's plain and simple lines give the jacket the elegance that I was looking for.

Stylish

I love the style of this jacket - the bomber cut is cool, and it's great for wearing around town with skinny jeans and trainers. It lacks an insulated collar, so isn't as warm as the Atom LT jacket, but the warmth in the body and arms is comparable. My only criticism of the Semira is that, unlike the Atom, it has no inside zip pocket. An inside zip pocket is especially useful in an around-town jacket, as I'd like to keep my phone and keys on me securely without needing a bag.

Stylish casual warmth!

Okay so this is the intersection of urban style and outdoors functionality. This bomber is super cute, and amazingly warm for non-rainy days (assuming you're not wearing under a shell!). I probably wouldn't layer it with a shell though, runs a tad large so unless you sized down wouldn't fit as well as some of the more classic insulated layers. Really love wearing this around town and to work through the fall and winter months!

I wanted to love this jacket

I was on the hunt for a bomber-style jacket. I was excited when I saw that Arc'teryx offers one! I wanted less of an 'athletic' look and more of a casual look (that I could wear with jeans and even dress up with a scarf). I purchased this in black. It was very large (so size down) and not a very flattering fit. Much too baggy, long and boxy (yes, I get that bomber style jackets are supposed to be a bit 'boxy', but still).

great jacket!

super light weight, but warm! got the jacket in august, but had to wait until the temps fell below 50 to try it out. wish the jacket came in petite. the sleeves were long, but the length of the bodice was perfect. the jacket has zippered pockets which is a plus when carrying valuables and when you don't want to haul a purse. wish the jacket came in more colors. otherwise, the color is still great for fall.

Light weight but tough

This jacket is great. It's light weight, warm, water resistant, and stylish. My only complaint is that there is no hood.

4.5 stars: Cute and comfy

Really like this jacket. It's cute and comfortable. Doesn't protect against a cool breeze at all, but overall it's a great piece for every day during transitional temperatures. It's extremely light. Also like the color Flux that I figured would be difficult to photograph by the manufacturer. It's a subdued burgundy red.
