Perfect with backpack.
I absolutely love this vest. It is PERFECT for backpacking. I got it for my partner and loved it so much - I had to have one for myself. Unfortunately, they don't make one for females - so now I'm rocking a dudes vest. Sad they don't make a female version.

Very light and thin but surprisingly warm!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice extra layer when a jacket is not enough without adding bulk. I like to wear it with the Smartwool base layers on extra cold days. Great for throwing in a backpack on hikes.

Overall it was a pretty good vest but just a little bit smaller than the labelled size, I do not know if the brand runs small sizes or it was just this one item.
