cozy!
5’0”, 145lbs, curvy (ie have hips, thighs, butt, some belly). Medium fits great (normally would choose a large). soft, light, and cozy, am not anticipating any problems with the waist sliding down, length is good. picturing many days lounging in these pants, or even layering for skiing or hiking.
Run HUGE compared to size chart.
I'm 5'7" and 170lbs, so I thought I might be an XL. According to the size chart, a large would be too small. I've never bought Patagonia pants before, so I was relying on the chart. I do usually wear a large in other brands. So, the pants have arrived, and they're giant on me. Like, falling off. I might even need a medium. Shopping online is challenging, and the nearest REI is 2 hours from where I live. I wish that size chart was more realistic! I can't speak to the length or the fit. The colors and pattern are really cute though, so I'll try ordering another size. I'll update my review, if possible.
I want to live in these!
These pants are so soft, comfy and cozy...I love them! I had purchased the matching fleece pullover first and have been in love with it. I got very excited when I saw these and am so glad I ordered them! I typically wear an XS in Patagonia clothing (I'm 5'6" and 120 lbs) and that held true for these as well.
Great cozy pants
These are great: mid-rise, warm/cozy material, pockets, and a comfortable fit that's more flattering than sweats. I'm normally a size small but I sized down to an extra-small in these based on other reviews. They fit perfectly in the waist and hips, but they are a smidge tight on my calves (I have bigger calves than the average gal). I wish the snap-pocket on the back was in the same fabric as the rest of the pants, but in the black color, it's not as noticeable.
Really strange cut
Super soft but the cut of these pants is strange. Super baggy in waist/hips and upper thighs, tight on calves and lower leg. I'm 5'2" and typically wear an 8 or 10 in pants. Sadly, these are going back.
Do not hesistate!
I love Patagonia products, and I was elated when I found these. They are SO soft and comfortable, and the pattern is very fun. I am in love! Great for lounging, long car trips, and to throw on after a day of winter hiking and skiing. The jogger legs aren't too baggy, which i prefer. I typically wear a large and bought these in a large as well.
Looking for Cozy?
Very cozy and comfy pants. I'm 5'3" and weigh 120 pounds and ordered the small size. Glad I read the other reviews that mentioned ordering 'down' a size and they fit perfectly. I like that the fit more tailored and not baggy. The pattern is very fun too! Very well made. Happy with the purchase.
Way to big and sloppy.
I ordered these pants for wearing around the house in cold winter months. They have no elastic in the waist (only a drawstring cord that kept sliding open) and the pants kept sliding down on me as I wore them. They are very wide in the thighs also and the pockets are useless. . I had to return because of these issues. I would not recommend them due to these flaws and the high price.
Love the pattern, hate the fit
The pattern is really cute and the material is warm, but the cut is awful! The waist is too big, and even though it has a drawstring, there’s hardly any elastic, so it’s still loose around the waist. Also, way too short! I’m 5’6”, and the small doesn’t cover my ankles. Not sure if I’m keeping them.
Nice fleece, very lightweight though
These are lovely fleece though thinner (not as warm) as I expected. However, I love the design which allows them to stay up without tight elastic or pulling drawstring tight. Yes, the waist is a little larger, but that is where my pandemic pounds went, so it's a plus for me!
