Perfect for tools or a tube
I bought this to put my spare tube and tire levers in and wanted something that wouldn't rub on my carbon frame. I'm surprised that there really aren't a ton of options out there to mount something in lieu of a bottle cage. I have a OneUp EDC tool in my steerer tube so I like to have things stored on my bike and readily available so I'm not rummaging through my pack looking for tools and parts. This little gadget is a nice addition. My bike weighs in sub 30 lbs so I'm not going to put anything heavy on it and this little pack didn't add much! I weighed it at 67 g/2.4 oz.
Great
I have one on my commuter and my gravel bike. I really like it. It's low-profile, it's compact, the color goes with everything, it's easy to fill with things - big multi-tool, small multi-tool, tubes, levers, co2, whatever. I bet you could fit a bunch of trail mix in one. It only takes up two mounts, so depending on what you're working with, you can put it anywhere and still have room for your water bottle, lock, whatever. I couldn't be happier with this little thing. It's subtle but carries everything. It looks sleeker than a seat bag, and it means that real estate is available for a 6L seat bag if I'm really going out somewhere. Just couldn't be happier with it. Probably six months between the two purchases because that's how long it took me to realize the thing's perfect.
Does the job, but overpriced and poorly executed.
This does the job of keeping things like a multi-tool and CO2 cartridges out of your pocket, but I feel like it is expensive and poorly executed for what it is. The pack closure and the way the strap holds the pack in place means that it isn't the easiest task to get things in and out of the pack, which is really what I was hoping for.
