To find your size, position a tape measure just above your ears and about 1 in. above your eyebrows. Keep the tape level to measure the circumference around the largest part of your head and then find the corresponding size in the Technical specs info.

This helmet fits great after fine tuning adjustment. The downside is the light. It only holds a charge for ~45 minutes.

I returned the first helmet I received, was too small. Most of my helmets are sm/med, these run small and a bit odd shape. The returned helmet I received is a medium & fits better. Pretty helmet, my only complaint is the 2nd helmet I received has a small dent in it, had what looked like puddle splatter on it & the tag looked like it had been dropped in a puddle. It should be a discounted REI garage item. For the condition, I feel I spent too much. Might need to go back a second time.

I had a freebie helmet distributed by New York City for several years. I decided it didn't protect me well enough anymore because all the foam was squished. I did some research on Google and knew that I wanted to get a MIPS helmet. The 1000 helmets appeal to my sense of favoring the small guys the ones who are conscious of the environment and of health and well-being. This helmet is attractive, safe, has a good "guarantee" in the event it gets stolen or smashed in an accident., and it's made by a small manufacturer. And, it was on sale at REI. I'm very happy with it.

I bought the less expensive one the same day but it fit me funny. While I was processing the return (online) I saw an ad for this model. It fits so much better. Love the light, mine is good for 1 1/2 hour on blink mode. The vents are really nice keeping it cool. I do dig how the less expensive one looks but safety and comfort first.

It's an okay helmet. But I think they promote style over function. The padding was so bad that when I got it I had to immediately buy better padding and replace it. It's somewhat warm...it could use more air holes. Once padding changed it's comfortable. It has held up well as far as color goes. The rechargeable light only gave me 30 to 40 minutes while on flash mode. A few days ago the light stopped working altogether. It will no longer charge.

It seemed like a nice helmet, but it does not fit my head. I am a woman with a relatively small (21 inch) head. Even tightened down all the way, this easily lifts off my head. Returning

I use my helmet for my daily commute.The micro adjustment mechanism make for a great fitting helmet. The blue shell and tortoise visor is a visually appealing color combo. The taillight is removable and comes with a seat post mount.

It fits great. Love the dial in fit, and magnetic chin strap. Would recommend and bought another for my wife. Age 57 and ride a Specialized Vado.
